Bad weather,mechanical failure,the air traffic control and other factors,often lead to the fact that flights can't take off as the original plan,and the emergence of abnormal flights:on the one hand,disrupts airline plans,and on the other hand,interferes with the passenger's travel arrangements,becoming a big obstacle of benefits and reputation of airline companies.Therefore,aircraft schedule recovery problem is always a great importance to the airline companies,and also one of the important problems of academic researches.This paper deeply studies the domestic and international aircraft schedule recovery problems and the present situation of the problem,and finds that the existing models mainly consider abnormal aircraft schedule recovery problem from the aspect of airlines flight,and passenger service factor after the occurrence of abnormal flight is less considered,and improving the service quality is currently one of the important problems for the further development of the airline companies.Therefore,this paper firstly designs a multi-level comprehensive evaluation system for passenger satisfaction,and then gives a passenger satisfaction survey questionnaire after the flight delay to evaluate passenger satisfaction,by using the traditional discrete space-time network structure,passenger satisfaction is defined as the passengers' expected recovery cost,which is considered in the traditional linear programming model.At the same time,the robustness of flight plan is considered,and a multi-objective optimization model for aircraft schedule recovery problem is established.The model not only considered flight delays,flight cancels,aircraft exchange,passengers' expected recovery cost,and the total cost shall be minimum,and also takes flight delays' relaxation time of arriving and departure into account from the aspect of flight schedule robustness.On the basis of the above model,this paper uses the actual data of the main hub of a domestic airline company for model validation,the simulation results show that the model given in this paper is close to the original model of flight delays,flight cancels,aircraft exchange,et al.But for the increase of passengers expected recover cost,the model has a good role in promoting the airline companies to improve its reputation.At the same time,themodel has good robustness of the recovered flight plan.
