Airline alliance is a global strategic alliance composed of several airlines.The purpose is to promote international cooperation among members within the League to enhance efficiency.At present,the world's mainstream airlines established three major aviation alliances,China has a number of airlines joined these aviation alliances.The Chinese airlines in spite of positive attitude,but due to lack of experience,still have certain blindness and passivity in alliance cooperation.For example,how to plan their optimal route network is unknown because there is no effective way to evaluate the cooperative effect.This paper tries to solve the optimization problem of route network alliance environment,from theory and practice guidance for China's airlines international route network,scientific planning and reasonable to carry out cooperation with foreign airlines,to enhance the international competitiveness of China's civil aviation.In this paper,the following problems of co-operation airline network are studied:(1)The needle international aviation market share forecasting method is studied,based on the traditional method of QSI model.The model parameters of QSI are augmented by analysis of a large number of historical data and the optimal index system is built.The case study shows the effectiveness of the model.(2)The international cooperation partner selection problem is studied.Based on the international airline network cooperation and the QSI model built in this dissertaion,the problem of partner selection is studied.Considering cooperation not only with the alliance but also with non-alliance member,how to choose partners and cooperation is discussed.Furthermore,aircraft type and flight frequency optimal model is given for the international cooperation with the partners selected,to promote the cooperation values.(3)The optimization design method of international route cooperation network is proposed.Through research of hub network design problem under the background of the alliance,hub-spoke network model is established,the optimal object of the model is to minimize the total operation cost and the constraints are required to satisfy the operation requirement of airlines' own network and well connection with the partners' network.(4)Considering the cost and demand's uncertainty of international airline network design,the alliance airline network stochastic optimization model is present.Using Lagrangian relaxation and PH decomposition to solve it and the computing steps are given.The case study shows the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.(5)Based on the above research results,a software platform is built.The platform is easy to use and has been applied in some airlines of our country,and plays a roll in the selection and assessment of international airline network cooperation.
