| Performance-Based Navigation(PBN)technology is the latest civil aviation navigation technology,aircraft rely on Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS),advanced airborne equipment and information technology to achieve high-precision flight,improve flight safety,increase the capacity of airspace has significant value.Performance-based navigation technology to the civil aviation transportation system has brought a revolutionary technological innovation,air traffic control has entered a new stage.In this paper,the basic technical support for performance-based navigation and flight high-density operation control are studied,which provides a forward-looking study for the future to implement performance-based navigation technology,and provides theoretical guidance for the new generation air traffic management automation system.The main work of this paper includes:The BEIDOU II navigation system has basic support function to PBN of civil aviation in China.However,the basic design principle limits the performance of GNSS(GPS\BDS\GALILEO).It can not fully meet aircraft performance-based navigation flight,and its enhanced system provides higher quality navigation data.The BEIDOU II enhanced system is of great significance for the application of PBN in china civil aviation.According to CAAC application planning of Beidou,builds the Augmentation system based on BEIDOU II,gives the design scheme and the development procedure chart.System through testing and analysis of collected data to verify the effect of the signal.The performance of the Beidou Landing System is evaluated based on the data collected from the system,and the test method for evaluating the performance of the Beidou system is given.Performance-based navigation technology will lead to high-density flight of the bottleneck route,increase the difficulty of ATC.Study the measurement and control of flight-following queuing.Given the flight-following queuing definition,put forward relevant measures: flight flow parameters.The basic parameters of flight flow,the number of flights accommodated by air route,the ratio of arrival and departure flight flow rate,the load of airway,the convergence queuing index,etc.;and can assist the ATC controller quickly identify the control hot spots And take the appropriate control measures to improve the situation.Study front and behind flight with the flight-following queue theory,the deceleration constraint model is built for flight management system.When the front aircraft decelerate,the model can offer speed adjustment proposal for the following aircraft.Performance-based navigation technology will lead to high-density flight operation of the terminal area of the airport.The Merge point program can improve the flight efficiency and predictability of arrival flights in the high-density operation of airport.its control advantages is obviously.The artificial intelligence agent technology is used to model the control process structure and arrival aircraft operation process under the Merge point procedure.Establish the follow-up flight responsibility system to keep the flight safety interval.It can through standardized controller Agent and flight Agent working mode,improve the level of automation control of arrival flight operation under the high density operation condition.The Merge point program has the feasibility of adjusting the flight order,and studies the control strategy and capacity under the high density operation condition.Performance-based navigation technology will lead to important hub airport runway run in high-density operation,in busy peak hours,the number of takeoff and landing flights will reach or exceed the upper limit of flow control,ATC control working is very difficult.From the flight operation model of taking off and landing,using stochastic service system theory,study the formation delay level of nonlinear dynamic evolution of flights queue by mathematical model and its solving method.The optimal runway quantity setup and takeoff and landing flight formation mode are studied.Solving the problem of the reasonable setting of the number of airport runways in the application of performance-based navigation technology;and the influencing of the airport operation indicator by different flight formation mode.Performance-based navigation will become the leading navigation mode in the future.The research has a certain reference value for improving the safety of aircraft operation and improving the efficiency of civil air transportation system.This research can provide ideas for the planning and management of air traffic,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of industry standards.It is more practical to realize the air traffic control automation,scientific research of performance-based navigation system to improve the civil air transportation system efficiency and ensure safety flight operation is of great significance. |
