In order to fully cope with the urban storm-water and flood crisis,and solve the problem of the frequent urban floods and disasters,the serious damage of river habitats,the shortage of fresh water resources,and the precarious water ecosystem,et cetera.we can fully utilize the concepts of low impact development of storm-water management for storm-water control and management of the urban riverside greenways,in order to give full play to the buffer and barrier function of the urban riverside greenway before the storm-water runoff enters the river water system,and play the role of storm-water regulation,drought and flood regulation,water conservation,soil and water conservation,water ecological restoration,and water environment improvement.Comprehensive functions such as creation of leisure recreation place,and improvement of urban landscapes,and efforts to create urban riverside greenways with complex functions and multiple benefits.This paper adopts the technical routes of "Basic theory research—Case analysis research—Design pattern discussion—Project practice argument",which is intended to analyze the principle strategy and core points by the low impact development of storm-water management in urban riverside greenway,propose the overall planning steps,and draw the landscape planning design patterns and specific implementation approach by the low impact development of storm-water management in the urban riverside greenway.Firstly,through comprehensive,in-depth and systematic research on low impact development of storm-water management system,green storm-water infrastructure and urban riverside greenway,and through field research,this paper analyzed the lack of storm-water management in China's urban riverside greenway.At the same time,through the in-depth analysis of the Qian'an Sanlihe Riverside Greenway,the Ningbo Ecological Riverside Greenway,the Seille Riverside Greenway,the Singapore Kallang River Restoration and the Bishan Riverside Greenway Park to discuss and indicate the inevitability and feasibility of application by the technology of low impact development of storm-water management in the urban riverside greenway.Secondly,the article discusses the construction by low impact development of storm-water management system in the urban riverside greenway should follow the principle of respecting local conditions,scientific and efficient principles,and system coordination principles;should follow the site planning strategy,hydrological analysis and evaluation strategy,comprehensive management strategy;the six core points of the system construction.Thirdly,this paper proposes the overall planning steps of "status analysis and goal formulation—hydrological security pattern analysis—hydrological zoning planning and design based on hydrological pattern—preliminary determination of schemes—scheme evaluation,screening and optimization";and finally this paper proposes the design patterns of "Source control of storm-water—watershed landscape design;Midway transmission of storm-water—transport landscape design;End-level storage of storm-water—conveyance landscape design" and advocates the creation of water-collecting landscapes,water-conserving landscapes and catchment landscapes with distinctive features and science and education functions at the source,midway and end of the urban riverside greenway.In order to achieve effective storm-water management and landscape construction systems for storm-water runoff from source to midway to the end.Finally,the proposed design pattern is used to guide the construction of the Little Dragon Riverside Greenway planning and design of Neijiang,with a view to providing reference for relevant construction practices in China.This paper studies the landscape planning and design by low impact development of storm-water management in urban riverside greenway,in order to provide reference and theoretical guidance for China's related construction practice;to accelerate the construction of China's ecological civilization,to build an urban riverside greenway with comprehensive functions and multiple benefits;to build an efficient rainwater management and control system in the urban riverside greenway,and contribute to promote the pace of China's sponge city construction.
