Research On Convention And Exhibition Complex Design Based On Symbiosis Theory

Conferention and exhibition complex is a type of Urban Complexand is recently developedon the basis ofUrban Building Complexes andExhibition Centres.It has a relatively short history in China.Number of Conference and exhibition complex in the world is relatively low comparing with other large-scaled Urban Building Complexes and Exhibition Centres.Therefore,there is only limited research available in relation to the transformation of Conference and exhibition complex from Exhibition Centre,i.e.the construction theory and past experience.Based on the current situation that urbanization is accelerated and a new trend of development of convention and exhibition industry is formed,Conference and exhibition complex would be a key type of construction under the process of urbanization.On the other hand,there will be a lot of in-depth questions of Conference and exhibition complex in China worth to discuss.Therefore,it is important to conduct a broad research and analysis on the contemporary Conference and exhibition complex and to establish a comprehensive theory based on these findings."Symbiosis" is a biological term.Currently,idea of "Symbiosis" has been applied on various areas and is regarded as a valuable reference and theoretical basis.In this article,ideas of "Symbiosis" would be firstly introduced in the discussion of the design and construction of Conference and exhibition complex,and the concept of "Symbiosis" would be applied on the explanation of sustainable development of Conference and exhibition complex,thus to provide a strong theoretical support and reference to this article.Eventually,a concrete design of Symbiotic Strategy on Conference and exhibition complex will be formed after a complete research is carried out on this basis.The research and design of Symbiotic Strategy on Conference and exhibition complex is divided into two levels,time and space.It is further divided into three parts: In the first part,the Symbiotic Strategy on Conference and exhibition complex(internal)will be studied at "space" level and will be developed into a more systematic way.In the second part,the Symbiotic Strategy on Conference and exhibition complex(external)will be studied at "space" level.The Symbiotic Strategy on Conference and exhibition complex with external environment will be proposed.In the third part,the Symbiotic Strategy on Conference and exhibition complex in relation to its life cycle and sustainable development will be investigated and built at "time" level.This study will always emphasize the principles of moderation and dialectic during the constructing and streamlining process of the symbiotic strategy on Conference and exhibition complex.It will also advocate the systematization,appropriateness and economy of the Symbiosis Strategy to highlight the adaptability of the development of Conference and exhibition complex in China in reality.Finally,through discussion the theory using practical cases,the paper validated the conclusion by analysis of industry best practise and actual project experience.This research has achieved certain breakthroughs and innovations in the related research of Exhibition Centers and Complexes as follows: Firstly,the idea and theory of "Symbiosis" is introduced to the study of Conference and exhibition complex,Symbiotic Strategy on Conference and exhibition complex is formed.The research idea is innovative in nature.Secondly,this paper puts forward the strategy of Conference and exhibition complex based on "Symbiosis",following an innovative research mindset.Thirdly,from macroscopic aspects to microcosmic ones,a lot of concrete ideas of designs and strategies of Conference and exhibition complex are put forward,accomplishing an innovation research content.
