Research On Design Of Small Urban Complex Based On Symbiosis

Under the concept of compact cities,urban complexes continue to blur the boundaries of urban function zones,more intensive land development and continuous improvement in living efficiency.With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,urban complexes have become increasingly common in urban development,and are gradually showing characteristics such as specialization,diversity,and community.The so-called "small boat good Uturn",after the large-scale urban complex is gradually saturated,the development of small-scale urban complex has entered a fast track.Compared with large-scale urban complexes,it has the advantages of small construction scale,strong adjustment flexibility,and high economic benefits.It is especially suitable for small towns and communities.This article takes small city complexes as research objects and analyzes the symbiotic relationship of small city complexes.An attempt was made to introduce the "symbiosis concept" into the field of design,development and construction of small urban complexes,and the research framework was established through literature research and analysis of actual cases.Combining the influencing factors of small-scale urban complexes,a symbiotic design strategy from macro to micro is proposed.At the macro level,the symbiotic strategies are summarized from the perspectives of location impact,transportation,space,and ecological environment.At the micro level,starting from the internal function,internal transportation,and composite space,summarize the adaptive design methods and explore their The threedimensional,ecological,diversified,and composite design strategy aims to provide practical solutions to the problems faced by the current urban complex construction.Finally,this article uses the actual case study to take the business operation center of the Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone as an example.From the symbiotic environment analysis and location analysis of the project to the subsequent design deepening,the "symbiotic" design strategy is applied to the project.Help to rationalize the plan of the whole building.
