The regular patterns of coupling of partial coastal historical and cultural district in Fujian and wind loads were researched,which was located in southeast coast,typhoonprone areas and rich in cultural heritage,combining related issues such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China.And windproof strategies under different scales were put forward.The article integrated multiple disciplines,such as urban planning,architecture,meteorology and computational fluid dynamics and the framework for mitigation of typhoon disasters in partial coastal historical and cultural districts in Fujian was constructed,from the perspective of mitigating typhoon disasters.And using the method of CFD,based on lots of information and datum of coastal historical and cultural district in Fujian,the empirical study of partial coastal historical and culture districts in Fujian was researched.And the research mainly focused on the following three points: ‘district-building-construction'.The framework of the article was created based on the goal oriented constitution and characteristics of partial coastal historical and cultural districts in Fujian.Corresponding to ‘macro-meso-micro' perspective in refining and integration of partial coastal historical and cultural districts in Fujian,the coupling of different elements of “macro-meso-micro” in partial coastal historical and cultural districts of Fujian and the characteristics of wind disaster invasion,the mechanism of damage,characteristics of wind load were researched.And the windproof strategies of ‘macro-meso-micro',which corresponded to three aspects in mitigation of typhoon disaster theory and measures of ‘district-building-construction' were put forward.In the district scale,the regular patterns of impacts on wind load which were resulted from elements of district form(building density,height,the form of the districts,form of building combinations,mountain terrain and environment around historical and cultural districts and so on)were researched,and the corresponding qualitative windproof strategies were put forward.Also,the wind loads of Sanfangqixiang,Heping Road,Yunxiao and Kulangsu were simulated by CFD and quantitative analysis and the distribution characteristics and mechanisms of fragile area in each historical and cultural district were pointed out based on the theory of coupling the above-mentioned district shape with wind load.Thereby,the protection of the fragile area should be purposefully strengthened in order to reduce the generation of wind disaster.Also,the corresponding measures were put forward.In the building scale,the mechanisms of the elements which affect the wind load of building(wind direction,roof slope,aspect ratio,doors and windows,building structure and materials and so on)were researched,and the wind loads of Minnan Red Brick Traditional Housing,Multi-courtyard Housing,Foreign Building with Arcade were simulated by CFD.And the basic windproof strategies from building aspect suitable for coastal historical and cultural districts in Fujian were put forward.In the construction scale,the mechanisms of the different construction forms(roof ridge and gable,decoration of roof ridge,eaves and parapet and so on)which affect the wind loads of buildings were researched,and the wind loads of typical Wuxing Eaves were simulated by CFD.Based on the qualitative and quantitative analyses the corresponding windproof strategies in construction aspect were put forward.In summary,research on qualitative and quantitative windproof strategies of partial coastal historical and cultural districts in Fujian,typhoon-prone areas,was the important forefront scientific subject in protection and sustainable development,which contained important theoretical significance and practical application value.It could provide theoretical references and technical support for the restoration of Fujian coastal historical and cultural districts,the height control of buildings inside and around historical and cultural districts,the layout of buildings and plants and so on in construction.Therefore,the toughness and buffer capacity of coastal historical and cultural districts in Fujian to cope with wind damage will be improved and their longterm sustainable development will be realized.
