As a key power device,diesel engine is widely used in shipping,rail transit,petrochemical industry,energy and power,mining machinery,equipment power and other related industries.It plays an extremely important role in the domestic economy and even in the field of national defense.However,due to its numerous components,complex structure and harsh working conditions,it is extremely prone to failure.Once a malignant failure occurs,it will lead to shutdown of production,and even cause serious accidents that endanger personal safety.However,the current monitoring and alarm technology of diesel engine is relatively backward,the failure can not be accurately identified,resulting in low efficiency of maintenance.Therefore,by studying the mechanism of diesel engine fault and the corresponding characteristic signals,the characteristic parameters are extracted with the help of advanced algorithm to realize the early warning and diagnosis of diesel engine typical mechanical fault.The fault diagnosis and interactive electronic technology manual(IETM)technology are combined to realize the deep integration of monitoring,early warning,diagnosis,maintenance,management and other comprehensive support functions,so as to improve the safety,reliability and availability of diesel engine.In this paper,the high-power diesel engine is taken as the object to improve its typical mechanical fault early warning diagnosis level and maintenance support ability.Through the in-depth analysis of typical mechanical fault mechanism,the early warning diagnosis methods suitable for different types of faults are studied.Combined with the intelligent diagnosis algorithm to realize the automatic recognition of diesel engine operation power,improve the accuracy of early warning diagnosis.Finally,the design method and architecture of IETM based on fault warning driver are explored.The main research contents of each chapter of the dissertation are as follows:Firstly,the classification of typical mechanical faults of high-power diesel engines is summarized,the problems and challenges faced by traditional diagnosis methods are clarified,and the status quo,advantages and disadvantages of intelligent diagnosis and early warning technology are analyzed.The development history,technical difficulties and future trend of IETM technology at home and abroad are studied.On the basis of existing research,the technical essentials of IETM system driven by intelligent early warning for diesel engine are summarized.Secondly,theoretical modeling studies are carried out for two kinds of difficult faults,connecting rod bushing loose and bearing bush wear.The relevant mathematical models are established to find fault characteristics.A method for early warning and diagnosis of wear faults of diesel engine bearing bush based on SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave)passive wireless temperature measurement technology is proposed.A wireless temperature sensor for connecting rod bearing of diesel engine is developed.The validity of the method is proved by fault simulation test.Then,a multi-body dynamic model is established to analyze the fault characteristics and sensitive parameters of bending micro-deformation of the crankshaft.By simulating and analyzing the corresponding fault characteristics and sensitive parameters,the effective methods of early warning diagnosis of this kind of fault is explored,and the feasibility of this method is proved by combining theoretical analysis with actual fault cases.The algorithm of diesel engine power automatic identification based on adaptive EMD noise reduction and clustering algorithm of vibration signal is studied,and the operation condition of diesel engine can be automatically identified by the algorithm.Without adding sensors,the output power of diesel engine can be introduced as the reference index of early warning diagnosis.In addition,combined with instantaneous speed,temperature,pressure and other parameters,the complex fault early-warning diagnosis method based on multi-source information fusion is studied to improve the accuracy of fault early-warning diagnosis.Based on the above research,the design method of typical fault diagnosis system for diesel engine is summarized.The performance of the system is verified by the experimental and engineering case data.Finally,the design method and architecture of IETM driven by intelligent early warning are studied.Combing the traditional IETM development process and preparation specifications,this paper puts forward the implementation scheme and specific steps of the combination of intelligent early warning diagnosis technology and IETM.
