Currently,China's high-speed rail technology develops rapidly and a large number of high-standard and marvelous-scale advanced signal equipment has been put into use.This requires both technical rigor and speed in time.This is a higher requirement for equipment maintenance and an additional test of railway safety.On the one hand,it is necessary to ensure that the number of equipment failures is as short as possible and long,and thus the construction of an accomplish maintenance system for equipment is promoted.On the other hand,it is also necessary to ensure the repair of the state,but also to reduce the frequency of maintenance in the maintenance process and the system at the same time the large-scale professional highlight the repair,so as to reduce equipment failure as much as possible,the railway section needs to continue to study as soon as possible to solve a big problem.Therefore,our company developed the signal centralized monitoring intelligent early warning and diagnosis system.The system relies on the software and hardware support of the Railway Signal Concentration Monitoring System(CSM)to systematically classify and summarize various real-time or historical data of railway signal equipment and compare it with existing various real-time or historical information to obtain analysis and processing.In conclusion,early warning and alarms are performed for equipment that has abnormalities,and a warning message for early-warning of failure trends is generated,effectively assisting maintenance personnel to send out and handle faults.This thesis takes the railway signal maintenance work flow as the starting point,takes the CSM system as the focus of the demand analysis,and elaborates on the system's functional requirements and functional requirements.Based on this,the overall design and detailed design are gradually carried out through the system.Flow charts,class diagrams,sequence diagrams,state transition diagrams,and other tools are displayed to illustrate the functions and internal logic of each module.At the same time,this paper also describes the unit testing,integration testing,system testing and field testing process of the system,and makes an objective and reasonable assessment of the system.I am responsible for the design and implementation of the status supervision module,intelligent warning and alarm module,diagnostic analysis report module and data storage module in this project.The main tasks include:analyzing the functional and non-functional requirements of each module,dividing the main function points;overall design of the functions of the four major modules,designing the software structure ofeach module,designing system interfaces and designing logical structures,etc.Detailed design,on the internal logic of each module,organizational structure,analysis and design of the relationship between the various modules,etc.And I implemented each function of each module,and tested and maintained each module at the same time.At present,the system has completed all development and testing work and is put into use.Since the system went online,it has rapidly improved the maintenance efficiency of the equipment,which has greatly helped railway signal maintenance and early warning.This system can quickly handle railway signal failures and ensure the safety of railway transportation.It is an important tool for the guidance of trend analysis of equipment maintenance and has a profound impact on the promotion of the centralized,highly efficient,and information-based development of engineering maintenance in the railway communications department.
