At present,China's architectural design industry is shifting from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.The transformation and the upgrading of the industry,professional strengthening and the emergence of new construction project operation modes have prompted the role of architects to be reshaped,and architects gradually need to become the administrator of projects.Under the limited resources constraints,the potential managers,using professional skills and systematic views,methods,and theories,effectively manage all the work involved in the design of the project,fully ensure the smooth implementation of the project construction,and ultimately provide high-quality buildings product.These changes are taking place.The "Architecture Responsibility System" piloted in Shanghai,Guangxi,Fujian,and other places reflects the government's attitude and determination to promote the construction industry to be in line with international standards and enhance quality.It also urges architects to transform into full-service services and return.It's a professional origin.At the same time,building informatization,as one of the important features of building modernization,has become an important trend leading the development of this field of change and is gradually and completely changing the operation and management mode of the traditional architectural design industry.When the architectural design breaks away from the constraints of traditional drawing communication and realizes the building information representation represented by BIM(Building Information Modeling),the role of the architect in the whole construction process will undergo major changes,focusing only on the design stage.Technical services to the overall control of the entire process of the project.Building information technology has prepositioned most of the design problems in the entire construction process,providing an effective and feasible working model for solving problems that occur throughout the main construction and various stages of the construction project,thus becoming an architect.The most reasonable solution to these problems provides technical support,and this trend of change is precisely the result of the architect responsibility system – the architect who is the source of architectural design has become the leader of the entire lifecycle of construction engineering.This paper takes the architectural design industry as the background in the highly informational development transformation and upgrading and establishes the core competitiveness.From the perspective of the architect,it emphasizes the architect's design management as the guiding and controlling core and the building of information technology as the clue and framework platform.Under the framework of high informatization,from the aspects of planning,design,construction and transportation management,the architects are the leader,and the significance and strategy of design collaborative management are carried out throughout the whole process.The thesis provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of the Chinese version of the architect responsibility system.Method guidance,on the other hand,also expands the research and application of BIM in the overall design management of architects.The paper is elaborated in three parts:The first part is basic research.First of all,the introduction part of the thesis sorts out and analyzes some kinds of literature related to architectural design management at home and abroad,proposes the research content,and preliminarily expounds the research methods,key technologies,and ideas.In the second chapter,the functions,core tasks,main contents and influencing factors of architectural design management are discussed,and the importance and main strategies of knowledge information management in architectural design management are pointed out.Then,in the third chapter,through analyzing and comparing the functional system and the whole process of design management thoughts of Chinese and foreign professional architects,the author discusses the role and significance of the whole process of design and management of architects under the architect responsibility system based on China's national conditions.As well as development trends and construction factors,it laid the foundation for subsequent theoretical and practical research.The second part is theoretical practice research.First of all,in the fourth chapter,with the internationally popular professional service content and professional and whole process standards,the professional service system of the whole process of design and management of the architects who are responsible for the Chinese architect responsibility system----" Sixsequence Pattern" is proposed.The work summary,service content and process,as well as the quality assurance system and control requirements of each stage are described,and the project examples are analyzed and summarized.Then it explores the basic organizational form that the architect needs to carry out the whole process of design management---the architectural studio/office's strategy of organizational management with the core of architectural creativity.Finally,in the fifth chapter,the importance and adaptability of BIM in the whole process of building design management are studied.The thinking mode and attitude of correctly implementing BIM in the whole process of building design management are demonstrated,and the "BIM-IS design pattern" is proposed in the building.The composite master architect under the teacher responsibility framework pays attention to and influences the BIM practical application,and humanities,and makes it the guiding idea for the architect to design and manage the BIM application.The third part is the strategy research.Based on the summary and expansion of the above research,the construction of the whole process of design management with architects as the main body,the creation of an organization suitable for architects,the application of BIM in the whole process of design management,and the vocational education of the whole process architects.Four aspects have proposed relevant optimization strategies for the entire design management of the architect.The final conclusion part summarizes the paper and points out the aspects that need to be improved in this study.It looks forward to the application prospect of the whole process design management under the perspective of architects combined with BIM technology.
