Architect Management Functions Of The System And A Registered Architect

Architect, come into being with the development of human society, has the history of thousands of years. The economic value which created by the architects who are engaging in the construction activities play an important role in the whole socio-economic status and have affected the people's lives. in many ways. The research of the development, functional system and the registration management of the registered architects has a very important theoretical significance and practical effect.This paper has seven chapters. It began with the origin and the development of the architects, and compared the rights and obligations, functional system, and the examination system of the architects in the United States, Japan and the international consulting engineer association. The methods of this research are comparisons, statistical summary of the status quo analysis and so on. We try to find out the problems and shortcomings of the system related with Chinese architects.Based on the research, we proposed some appropriate treatment programs on the professional orientation, the scope of the business, system constrution, examination and the education, and the registration management of Chinese architects. Hope to promote the survey and design industry with the healthy and orderly development.
