Research On Collaboration Management In Construction Phase Of Design-Construction General Contracting Project For BIM Implementation

With the specialized division of labor in construction industry is more and more fine,the complexity of the construction system is getting higher and higher,people's architectural aesthetic demand is also rising.However,the traditional project management approach is backward,the project management level is low,the information between the parties is fragmented,which has caused the low production efficiency,frequent engineering change,serious resource waste and other issues in the construction stage.So it has been unable to meet the higher standard requirements.We urgently need new informative,intelligent and refined project coordination management approach to meet the challenges of the current construction industry.For this reason,the construction coordination management research in BIM environment of the design-construction general contracting project was carried out in this paper.First of all,the overall frame structure of coordination management in construction phase of design-construction general contracting project was analyzed in this paper.The basic principle of synergetic was introduced into the construction coordination management system to carry on the servo analysis.Then the order-parameters and fast-variables of construction coordination management system were determined.From the two dimensions of space and time,the overall process of construction coordination management system was designed with the construction coordination platform as the servo center.Secondly,the special research was carried out in coordination management of construction stage in BIM environment.This paper selected five aspects in the construction stage,namely,detailed design,change management,material management,quality management and cost management,from the space and time two dimensions,the corresponding coordination management process centered on the construction coordination platform were designed.The dominating effect of coordination management based on BIM technology on each subsystem was analyzed in this paper in order to improve the synergy degree of construction management system.Finally,a design-construction general contracting project case basing on BIM was selected in this paper and carried out the overall analysis of construction phase coordination management and the specific analysis of detailed design coordination management.In this paper,the coordination management mode of design-construction general contracting project in BIM environment was deeply studied.The overall process and sub-process of coordination management centered on the construction coordination platform were designed in this paper,and it was expected to achieve efficient construction management.The research result was expected to provide certain reference significance for exploring the efficient construction coordination management methods and improving the construction project management level in construction industry.
