This thesis follows the basic idea of “people oriented,green development”.On the basis of summarizing the three basic characteristics of contemporary architecture and deeply analyzing the main problems in the development of green buildings,new building materials and key application technologies closely related to building functions and livability of living environment are systematically and deeply studied and developed.The systematic solution with enterprise characteristics was proposed to improve the livability of green buildings,and the comprehensive demonstration application was carried out in the Linhe phase-III project of the Technical Center,China State Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.and the achieved excellent technical,economic and environmental benefits were highlighted.In conclusion,the established technical innovation effect is achieved.The main research results of the thesis are outlined as follows:?1?In this dissertation,the preparation of lightweight microcellular concrete and the key technology of the production of wall materials production are studied,and the microcellular concrete composite exterior wall panels with the integration of decoration,thermal insulation and structure are developed.Among them,it is the first time in the industry to clarify the formation conditions of tobermorite in the process of hydration and hardening of microcellular concrete,and the industrial production and successful application of multi-functional composite external wall panels are the first example in the industry,providing a model for the livable enclosure structure of green buildings.?2?The preparation,pavement technology and test methods of pervious concrete and planting concrete are studied,and the porous concrete pavement technology suitable for various engineering conditions is developed.The water permeability pavement implemented meets the technical requirements of high water permeability,high strength and high durability,and is very effective in reducing environmental noise,mitigating heat island effect,protecting water resource and improving environmental livability.?3?To meet the requirements of highly energy efficienct roof of green buildings,the fabrication methods,and various properties of white solar reflective coatings and a transparent thermal insulation coating are studied.The reduced solar heating,increased radiative cooling,enhanced thermal insulation,and the unique thermal storage effect of microencapsulated phase-change materials have been successfully integrated into a single-layer white coating.Additionally,the thermal insulation mechanism of transparent heat insulation coating with high absorption in the near infrared range and low emission in the far infrared region has been proposed.The successful development of eco-friendly and highly efficient solar reflective coatings is very effective in reducing the heating energy consumption in winter and cooling energy consumption in summer.?4?In this paper,not only the air purification mechanism of photocatalyst coating is deeply studied,but also the new way to use C-doped anatase TiO2 to improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 catalyst is explored.Additionally,the photocatalyst air purification coating is developed successfully.The removal rate of formaldehyde,no and bacteria is 95%,93% and 98%,respectively,effectively improving the air quality of the living environment.?5?Through the system research and development and the integration of various achievements,the packaged solutions which integrate the heat preservation and insulation of building envelops,the thermal engineering of roof and wall,air purification and ecological pavement technology have been formed to improve the livability.These green building materials and technologies have been successfully applied to a number of key projects,indicating that the research achievements of this dissertation are suitable for China's national conditions and have a broader application prospect.
