| In the context of the rapid development of urban rail transit,the adjacent area of the rail transit station(hereinafter referred to as "the rail transit zone”)is becoming an important growth pole in urban space development.The spatial development of urban rail transit zone is the gradual process of function layout,land use,transportation organization,interacting with each other in time and space.The study of spatial-temporal behavior takes the urban rail transit zone as a collection of behavioral activities,and puts it in the context of time and space to explain the characteristics and motivations of the spatial development of the rail transit zone.After more than ten years of construction and development,the traffic network system of Tianjin has been basically completed,the interactive relationship between the development of rail transit and urban space has been preliminary established.Experiences accumulated in this process reveals the typical features and common problems of the current urban rail construction and development in China.In this dissertation the spatial-temporal behavior theory is taken as a research perspective.Through empirical research on the rail transit zones in Tianjin city,the paper reveals the spatial and temporal aggregation rules and functional organization characteristics of rail transit zones,and studies the land use and road traffic characteristics,and accordingly puts forward the spatial development strategy.The dissertation are divided into four parts:Part I is basic research.The dissertation points out that the existing research results have many defects: few employed "bottom-up" perspective of the behavioral activity as a starting point,the study on the interaction between time and space is weak.The empirical researches on the domestic emerging rail transit cities are rare.On the basis of this,this dissertation establishes the spatial development analysis framework of "two dimensions + two levels" from the perspective of time and space behavior research with network open source data as data foundation and GIS spatial analysis as the technical support.The developmental characteristics and effect mechanism of rail transit zones in time and space are analyzed at the group level and individual level.Part II is the research of spatial development of group rail transit zones.Firstly,on the basis of Baidu thermal data,the comparison research method is used to analyze the difference of population aggregation in the rail transit area.Thus,the characteristics of spatial and temporal aggregation of the rail transit zone are revealed.The study has shown that Tianjin rail transit zones present the trend of bimodal fluctuations during the day.In the spatial distribution,population aggregation goes towards the center and tends to be stable in the morning,but turns to the periphery at noon and goes on late into the night.The structure of the thermal hierarchy shows that the number of high thermal grade rail transit zones are relatively small and the spatial clustering distribution is characterized.The study points out that the separation of workplace and residence is the root of the imbalance of time and space of the group rail transit zones,and the SOD layout mode of the rail transit line further aggravates this imbalance.Secondly,on the basis of POI data,the dissertation suggests the rail transit zones identification methods based on Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis,evaluates Tianjin rail transit zones according to the index of business,life,culture and education and external connection.In addition,its functions are classified.The dissertation proposes the optimization approach of group rail transit zones from the perspective of urban spatial structure evolution.Part III is the study of spatial development of typical rail transit zones.With data from the open platform including the OSM map and Auto Navi Map as the main data sources and the field exploration data as supplementary,data information such as land use and road traffic in typical rail transit zones are obtained,and the spatial development characteristics of typical rail transit zone are analyzed.Research shows that in terms of the land layout of typical rail transit zones,residential land,administration and public services land and commercial and business facilities land are the main land use types of rail transit zones.In the business center zone and educational center zone,the proportion of administration and public services land,commercial and business facilities land are the highest.The proportion of residential land is significantly higher for the rail transit zones of the inner ring than that of the outer ring.The thermal level of the rail transit zones is positively related to the proportion of administration and public services land,commercial and business facilities land.In terms of the intensity of the development,the polarization tendency is more obvious,and the intensity is closely related to the location,which decreases from the center to the outskirts,and is greatly different between the center and the outskirts.In terms of road traffic,the road network density,intersection density,road accessibility,bus network density,bus station density,bus accessibility,bus connection efficiency and other indicators show the diminishing trend along the circle layers,but there is small difference in the walking distance of the rail transit zone.Based on this,through factor analysis,the space development types of typical rail transit zones are classified,and various types of spatial development strategies are proposed.Part IV is strategic research.The spatial development strategy of the rail transit zone is put forward from the group level,the individual level and the planning.On the group level,the dissertation puts forward the development strategy of "network" rail transit zones from the aspects of spatial aggregation,jobs-housing relationship and functional organizationand guarantee that the rail transit system plays a guiding role in the urban space development.On the individual level,the dissertation puts forward the optimization strategy of spatial layout of rail transit zone in terms of layout form,development mode,road network pattern and traffic connection.In the planning,it is proposed that the rail transit zone should be used as the basic unit of space planning,which would make the control and guidance requirements at the stages of master planning and regulatory detailed planning. |
