At present,China's urban rail transit has entered a period of rapid development.However,in the pursuit of large-scale construction of rail transit in China's large cities,the overall development of rail transit station area has not been given enough attention.It leads to the unbalanced development of traffic accessibility and spatial distribution in station area.Tianjin's rail transit construction has entered the network development stage,and the current development situation of rail transit stations in Tianjin has the common problems of overall underdevelopment and potential to be improved in the development and construction of rail transit station in many large cities in China.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of empirical research,takes the traffic accessibility and spatial distribution of Tianjin rail transit station area as the research object for basic investigation and related in-depth research.And it explores the coordinated development strategy of the accessibility and spatial distribution of rail transit stations from the perspective of quantitative research on urban design,in order to provide decision support for the coordinated development of the accessibility and spatial distribution of rail transit stations in large cities in China.The research mainly focuses on the following three parts:The first part is theoretical research,it summarizes and sorts out the theoretical and practical researches on the interaction between urban transportation system,land use and accessibility at home and abroad,and constructs the research framework of the relationship between urban rail transit station traffic system and spatial distribution.In addition,this part analyzes the correlation between the transportation system and spatial distribution of urban rail transit station area that based on the relationship between road accessibility and land use,rail interchange accessibility and land use in the central urban area of Tianjin,and also lay a solid foundation for further research.The second part is empirical research,which is the core of this paper.It mainly combines empirical research with the areas along the rail transit in the downtown area of Tianjin,and obtains a large amount of basic data through on-the-spot survey.Meanwhile,based on the spatial design network analysis method of Arc GIS platform,the road network model and rail transit network model of Tianjin are established.The quantitative analysis is carried out on the overall level and different functional space levels of the station domain on the coordination of the accessibility and spatial distribution of the sample station domain based on the method of collaborative quantitative analysis and combined with SPSS statistical analysis software.And it measures the synergetic degree of accessibility and spatial distribution in the transit station domain,judges the synergetic degree and development potential of the station domain.This part makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the synergetic relationship between the accessibility and spatial distribution of rail transit stations in Tianjin,providing a strong empirical study for the next step of the synergetic development strategy.The third part is strategy research,which is an important extension and expansion based on the above empirical research.This part puts forward the coordinated development strategy of the accessibility and spatial distribution of rail crossing station area from the two aspects of the coordinated renewal of old city area and the coordinated development of new city area.It is suggested that the coordinated development of station accessibility and spatial distribution should be considered by optimizing the accessibility of station domain or adjusting the ratio of functional space structure of station domain,strengthening the location level and functional positioning of station domain,the order and efficiency of spatial development of station domain,and the design of four-dimensional space with complex functions.In general,this paper on the basis of empirical research,makes a preliminary judgment on the cooperative relationship between the accessibility and spatial distribution of rail transit and puts forward the cooperative development strategy.The aim is to provide a scientific evaluation method for the development of traffic accessibility and spatial distribution in the high-density urban rail transit station,to provide the possibility of prediction for the future spatial distribution,and to provide countermeasures for the development of regional space.
