Research On Product Creative Design Network Under Synergy Innovation Pattern

With the gradual formation of industrial design industry chain and the development of information technology,the new industrial design value chain model and mechanism need to be born while the industrial design has changed from the appearance design to the high-end comprehensive design service.This new model and mechanism can not only enhance the dominant position of industrial design in the process of new product development,but also improve the quality of industrial design service and design innovation,and bring great social and economic benefits.This thesis is supported by the National Key Technology R&D Program of China(No.2015BAH21F01).Based on the traditional networked collaborative innovation pattern,this thesis has been constructed a sustainable prouduct creative design network by using the theories and methods of task optimization and reorganization,resource matching,knowledge management,complex network,intelligent design and so on.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Under the perspective of ecology,this paper explored a structure strategy of product creative design network under synergy innovation pattern.Firstly,aiming at the current situation of design cloud services,a strategy of product creative design under synergy innovation pattern was put forward.Then,the relationship between the organization and structure of the autopoiesis theory was mapped to product creative design network,the autopoiesis growth mode of product creative design network was constructed to ensure the sustainable growth of creative design network scale.Finally,based on the organizational model and functional modules of product creative design network,an architecture strategy of product creative design network under synergy innovation pattern was proposed.(2)Aiming at the formation of virtual collaborative design team,this paper proposed a new method of design resource optimization and resource matching.Firstly,a task decomposition and optimization reorganization method for collaborative design was proposed,which combined task multi-level decomposition model,task correlation graph and transitive closure method.Then,considering both qualitative and quantitative factors,a new hybrid multicriteria decision-making method combining R-ANP and R-TOPSIS was proposed to complete the synthesis of design resources.Finally,a design resource optimization matching network model based on bipartite graph was established,and the optimal matching between design resources and design tasks was realized by combining greedy matching strategy.(3)Aiming at the effective push of design knowledge,this paper proposed a knowledge double push strategy for product creative design process.According to the characteristics of product creative design process,a deconstruction model of product design knowledge based on Behavior-Structure-Knowledge(BSK)was proposed.Then,a six-tuple model was used to describe the decomposed and classified conceptual heuristic knowledge domain and creative realization knowledge domain and a knowledge base was constructed.Combining fuzzy importance calculation,topological analysis of complex network and improved acquaintance immune strategy,a knowledge double push strategy oriented to product creative design process was proposed to realize the effective and accurate push of design knowledge,which can effectively assist the innovative behavior and design process of virtual collaborative design team.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the knowledge push strategy.(4)Aiming at the problem of product form aided design in the process of prosuct collaborative creative design,a strategy of product form gene aided innovation driven by design intention was proposed.According to the characteristics of design intent,the protein-protein interaction network is used for reference and combined with complex network theory to construct product form gene network.Then,based on the topological analysis method of scalefree network,the product form gene network was analyzed,and the image target gene and optimal gene were separated out which can be used for the virtual team of product collaborative creative design to plan the design behavior reasonably and effectively assist the process of product collaborative creative design.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method.(5)This paper developed a prototype system of the prouduct creative design network.On the basis of the overall design of the prouduct creative design network,the technical system and functional modules of the system were clarified,and the development scheme and process of the prouduct creative design eco-network were put forward.The design task and the resource matching sub module were developed,the function of the virtual collaborative design team was realized,the design knowledge base and the knowledge service sub module were developed,the precision push of the design knowledge was realized,and the intelligent auxiliary design sub module of the product form had been developed,and the auxiliary innovation of the product form under the line and the line ws realized.Finally,the feasibility of the prototype system was verified by an example of creative design of medical analgesic pump.In summary,the prouduct creative design network under synergy innovation pattern is a closed loop and spontaneous innovation system,which can effectively solve some problems in the collaborative innovation of designers in the cloud model,realized the intelligent matching of design tasks and design resources,efficient push of design knowledge,intelligent form assistance.The network can better assist the online virtual collaborative design team in product creative design.The research results of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance for the industrial design industrialization development and collaborative innovation.It can effectively gather design resources,provide omni-directional design trusteeship services for small and medium-sized enterprises,and promote the overall ability of the design industry and the rapid growth of industrial clusters.
