With the sustainable development of science and information technology, the demand of products consumption is increasingly diverse, which is forcing the new product to be constantly innovated and leads to the intensified competition among enterprises. However, facing a large number and different types of information resources, designers, under the rapid increase of information resources, are very difficult to find the higher availability of knowledge, which leads to the innovation of product design more difficult.Thus, knowledge personalized push is the key to obtain valuable knowledge quickly and effectively, to provide targeted personalized service, to improve the utilization efficiency of knowledge, to shorten the product development cycle, to speed up the new products, to improve technology innovation of firm and to reduce designers spend a lot of time to find the knowledge.In this paper, some key technologies of knowledge personalized push for product design including organization, retrieval and push have been studied, which will be achieved by the design context as constraints and the designer needs as the center.The main research contents are as follows:1) The characteristics of several commonly used in push technology have been researched and analyzed. Moreover, upon the analysis of knowledge personalized push service requirements for product design, the knowledge personalized push framework is proposed.2) The knowledge organization modeling method oriented to product design has been researched. From the angle of the semantic relationship and logical relationship,and by analyzing and researching concepts and properties of concept of design knowledge, and so on, the design knowledge representation model based on ontology is proposed. Using the structure analysis of rough granule, the design knowledge is mapped with the granular structure and divided the thickness. Moreover, based on the granularity principle, the knowledge modeling method of product design is given.3) The demanded knowledge retrieval method oriented to product design has been researched. By analyzing the demanded knowledge of product design, the personalized model of knowledge demand is established. Using domain ontology to guideknowledge retrieval, the ontology model of retrieval requirements is constructed. On the basis of the uncertainty measurement of demanded knowledge, the knowledge filtering method based on set pair analysis is proposed.4) The knowledge personalized push based on context constraint is researched.According to the requirements of knowledge personalized push to analysis the context of product design, the context model between knowledge resources and users’ needs are built. And then rely on it, the logic description of symbiotic relationship between concepts is put forward. Moreover, on account of the context constraint, the knowledge clustering method is proposed. On the strength of this, the semantic annotation method based on the Bayesian theory is given, and then the knowledge personalized push mechanism is established.
