| In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is not only the core factor for improving enterprises production efficiency,but also the driving force for enterprises to innovate and develop.However,with the progress of information technology,enterprise knowledge has exploded,especially in knowledge-intensive fields such as product design.Enterprises lack effective ways to store,manage and apply knowledge.Phenomenon such as "knowledge overflow" is happened.Designers often spend a lot of time on finding knowledge,unable to effectively acquire the required knowledge,resulting in low efficiency in acquiring and applying knowledge.Knowledge push can solve this dilemma.It is proactively pushing the right knowledge to the right person at the right time in the form of "knowledge seeking people",which can greatly meet the designer’s knowledge reuse,reduce the cost of knowledge acquisition,and improve the knowledge innovation ability of designers.In addition,through the investigation,it is found that knowledge has contextually tolerant,that is to say,knowledge can only play its maximum value under specific conditions.In the same design scenario,different designers deal with the same design task with different context information,thus showing different performance differences,Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of knowledge push and product design performance,to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of knowledge push and to meet the knowledge reuse needs of designers,this paper introduces context to knowledge push to describe the feature information related to product design process,distinguish different design activities,filter and constrain the knowledge needs of designers,and can push the knowledge in accordance with the current context to designers,and on this basis,the research of this paper is carried out.Firstly the context in the process of product design is analyzed in this paper,and the design process,designers and design knowledge are effectively combined by context.The context elements are enriched by using the questionnaire,and the "5W1H" analysis method is used to build a multi-dimensional level product design context model,and the model can be expanded and applied according to the actual situation of the enterprise.Secondly,the knowledge demand of product design is described,and the knowledge demand-driven case contextual base is constructed through the enterprise resource base,in which the case knowledge unit is constructed from three levels of knowledge content,knowledge carrier and knowledge use degree.On this basis,the Logistic growth model is used to define the correlation between the case product design context model and the case knowledge unit,and the correlation relationship is analyzed from quantitative perspective.Thirdly,the knowledge push algorithm is constructed based on the mapping relationship between the real product design and case knowledge unit,and the context matching algorithm based on context similarity is given,in which the method of using information entropy to determine the weight of context elements is proposed.Finally,based on the above research results,the overall architecture of knowledge push service system based on product design context is built,the human-computer interface is designed and developed,and an example application was carried out by taking the knowledge push design of a model of juicer as an example.From the perspective of product design process solution,the knowledge push method and service based on product design context is researched,which is helpful for enterprises to reasonably push the corresponding case knowledge according to the design context in the process of design solution.It can not only meet the needs of knowledge reuse of designers,but also slow down the “knowledge overflow” in the process of design solution,which can improve the performance of design solution,and provide theoretical and practical references for enterprise knowledge management. |
