Grain is the material basis necessary for mankind to survive,and it is the fundamental of the national economy.As an important strategic material,it is related to the development of the national economy and the stability of people's lives.Therefore,the issue of grain security is particularly important.In our country,the reserve grain system bears the reserve of China's grain strategic materials and plays an important role in regulating the market.It is also an important basis for ensuring the stability of the country.The supervision and verification of grain is an important link in the grain reserve process.Its main function is to carry out the physical supervision and quantity verification of grain in the warehouse to ensure national food security.In this paper,based on the basic principles of reserve digital supervision and the three derivation principles of unity of point stamp,field distribution stamp,unity of environmental stamp,the issue of time-consuming,labor-intensive and loopholes in the artificial audit of reserve grain in China,Put forward the technical framework and tactics for reserve grain digital supervision.In order to solve the problems of time-consuming,labor-intensive and loopholes in the artificial audit of reserve grain in China,a technical framework and strategy for digital supervision of reserve grain were proposed.Combining the historical data of typical granaries of three different ecological regions and the measured data of simulated experimental warehouses,the data characteristics of digital supervision related A-I-D value strategy,3R related strategy and A-B-C form strategy were studied.The main research content is as follows:1.The Study on Principles,Methods and Strategies of Digital Supervision of Grain Storage.Based on the theories of hygrothermal transfer theory and multi-field coupling theory,the basic principles and three derivative principles of grain storage digital supervision are summarized.The unification of analytical methods and normalization of data for grain analysis were put forward.Three strategies for digital supervision of grain storage were presented.A large number of grain data for the three grain granaries in the Third Grain Ecological District,the Sixth Grain Ecological Area,and the Seventh Grain Reserve Ecological Area were preprocessed.A sinusoidal time series analysis model and a seven-core-one-shell classification method were introduced.2.The Research on A-I-D Grain Storage Regulatory Strategy Based on Different Ecological Regions' Grain Condition Data.According to the month and the year,the temperature ranges of the characteristic points,characteristic cross-sections,and characteristic areas in the typical grain storehouses of the three grain storage areas were analyzed.The variation of accumulated temperature with time for different cross-sections and the temperature change rate of the same characteristic section and characteristic area were analyzed.3.Research on the supervision strategy of 3R grain storage based on data from different ecological regions.Based on the correlation analysis,the autocorrelation characteristics of temperature data of feature points,characteristic cross-sections,and feature lines in the cross-section of the granary over time,as well as the correlation characteristics of dots,lines,and surfaces were analyzed.4.Study on A-B-C Grain Storage Regulatory Strategy Based on Different Eco-area Food Condition Data.According to the “cold skin hot core” and “hot skin cold core” effects of the changes in food conditions,the temperature data of the characteristic longitudinal section in three typical granaries are analyzed.The distribution characteristics of the granary temperature data with the arrangement direction of the temperature measuring cables were analyzed.Through the feature analysis of the characteristic vertical section,the external environment of the granary is initially judged.5.Development of Grain Condition Detection System for Simulation of Grain Storage Bins Based on Small-Scale Experiments.A simulation warehouse grain monitoring system based on LabVIEW platform and a grain data storage and analysis system based on VB were designed and built.Combining automatic control and intelligent ventilation systems,the monitoring of small-scale simulated grain storage warehouses was implemented to ensure the safety of grain storage and provide experience guidance for the subsequent improvement of actual storage experiments.6.Study on Application of Grain Digital Supervision Strategy in the Grain Heating Process.Based on the small-scale experimental simulation test,the experimental warehouse was improved.The warehousing environment of large warehouses was simulated,a hidden lateral ventilation test warehouse was designed,and a grain condition monitoring system was set up.Artificially created a fever condition for stored grain piles and conducted a test heat storage test.The AID,3R,and ABC strategies were applied to the experimental warehouses,respectively,and compared with the results from the third ecological storage area(northeast).The research results provide reference for the strategies and methods of digital grain management.
