Northeast China is the main grain production and storage area in China,accounting for about 20% of the country's grain production and storage.Grain storage is the longest and most abundant part in the process of grain purchase,storage and transportation.Ensuring grain storage security in northeast China is of great significance for stabilizing grain supply and demand market,ensuring efficient circulation of grain and maintaining national grain security.Regular check is often used to supervise the quality of stored grain in China,which is time-consuming and laborious.In order to reduce human input,and to improve efficiency,improve the regulatory means,research methods of modern,intelligent storage quality supervision is of great significance.This paper aims to explore the law of grain quality change during grain storage in northeast China,dig out the main factors affecting the quality change,and build a grain quality supervision system to realize effective supervision of grain quality in northeast China,and verify the feasibility of the system through experiments.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The main quality indexes and influencing factors of corn and japonica rice in northeast China during storage were investigated and determined.Starting from the main grain types stored in Northeast China: corn and japonica rice,explore the evolution of 11 quality indicators such as moisture,fatty acid value,and taste score during storage.From the six potential influencing factors,such as grain storage area,storage temperature,and warehouse type,the effect on the evolution of stored grain quality was analyzed.Finally determine the grain storage area,the warehouse type,the accumulative temperature zone,the granary location and the storage temperature as the important indexes affecting the storage quality;The bulk density,water,fatty acid value and taste score were determined as the main storage quality of corn.Roughness,water content,fatty acid value and taste value were determined as the main storage quality of japonica rice.(2)A new mathematical model for predicting the different storage quality of corn and japonica rice in northeast China was established.Based on the experimental data of sorting,analysis,and validation,respectively,corn and rice quality forecast mathematical model is established.The corn density prediction model for the linear equation model;Corn moisture prediction model for polynomial(3rd)model;Corn fatty acid value prediction model for the Logistic model;Corn taste score prediction model for the linear equation model.Japonica rice out of roughness prediction model for ExpGro1 index model;Japonica rice moisture forecast model for linear model;Japonica rice fatty acid value prediction model for the Logistic model;Japonica rice taste score prediction model for the item type(2nd)model.(3)The quality changes of corn and japonica rice under different storage conditions in the three eastern provinces were summarized and a model was established.The 18-month storage quality test was conducted on corn and japonica rice in 6 accumulative temperature zones,3 warehouse types,and 8 grain storage locations in Heilongjiang,Jilin,and Liaoning regions.The changes of quality were as follows: corn bulk density,moisture content and taste score reduced with the increase of storage time;The fatty acid value increases slowly,then increases sharply and finally flattens out.The moldy rate,imperfect grain and impurity rate did not change with the storage time.Japonica rice out of roughness,moisture and taste score decrease with storage time increase or decrease;The fatty acid value increases slowly,then sharply,and finally flattens out.The rate of whole rice,impurity,yellow rice and brown rice did not change with the storage time.Change positions and the grain layer section quality completely conforms to the general rules,but the barn near surface,and the center part due to the lag in granary air-tightness and warehouse factors such as the abnormal within a certain time,and the abnormal phenomenon for scientific analysis.Finally,the mathematical models for quality prediction of maize and japonica rice under different storage conditions were established.(4)Designed and developed a stored grain quality supervision system based on LabVIEW.Based on LabVIEW software,the big grain technology is supplemented with Vision module and Mathscript module to design the grain storage quality supervision system.The system operation page is divided into initial landing interface,granary basic information interface,scan analysis interface and result analysis interface,and the operation steps of each interface and the realization principle of the modular code program are briefly described,and finally the feasibility of the system is verified and analyzed.(5)The change law and prediction model of stored grain quality in Northeast China are written into the national food situation monitoring data manual,which is convenient for supervisors to consult.
