Research On Forestry Industry Technological Innovation Evaluation

Forestry,as one of the important basic industries of the national economy,bears two-fold responsibilities:the construction of ecology and the development of industrial economy.It has become a symbol of nationale conomy and social ecological civilization.Forestry is related not only to human survival and development,but also to the strategy of ecological security and the sustainable development of a nation.Forestry is a complex industrial group with a long industrial chain and a wide range and variety of industries.With the development of economic globalization and the integration of ecology,the foresty innovation capability,on the one hand,affects the orderly development of regional economy and industry to a large extent.On the other hand,it also determines a nation's status in the field of gobel forestry.This paper started with the concept and characteristics of forestry technological innovation capability.On the basis of existing foreign achievements in forestry technology innovation,an in-depth analysis of China's forestry innovation capability was made to identify the main problems existing in our forestry technological innovation and to analyze their causes.A diagram about factors influencing forestry innovation was designed,and these influencing factors were deeply analyzed.A mechanism model of affecting favors was constructed.By combing the existing literature,the research hypothesis was proposed.A scale and a questionnaire were designed,and data was obtained from field investigation and the online questionnaire.SPSS,AMOS and other related software were employed to examine the reliability and validity of the data.On the basis of small sample experiments,the structural equation was used to verify the proposed hypotheses so as to further explore and reveal the impact of innovation factors.The research also analyzed the formation process of forestry technology innovation system and established a forestry technology innovation system.The connotation and function of each component in the system were elaborated.According to the characteristics of China's forestry innovation,a primary evaluation system was established from four dimensions,including forestry management innovation,market innovation,the utilization of resources and supporting capability for innovation environment.A method of group eigenvalue was used to identify the key elements in the primary evaluation index system.An evaluation model of forestry innovation was built based on the combination of entropy and TOPSIS.According to the data available from the forestry in 29 provinces of China from 2004 to 2013,our forestry innovation ability was evaluated in both static and dynamic way.By using the arithmetic average of 2010-2013,a static evaluation on the 29 provinces'forestry innovation ability was made from the four dimensions mentioned above;by using the panel data from 2004 to 2013,a dynamic evaluation on the forestry innovation ability from the four dimensions was made.On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation of the national forestry technology innovation was made.Through the analysis of the evaluation results and the combination of the present situation of the forestry development in our country and the future development of the national forestry,some countermeasures were put forward in order to promote China's Forestry.
