Research On Financial Support For The Development Of Forestry Industry In Jilin Province

With the concept of green development gradually gaining in popularity,the role of forestry in the national economy and ecological construction has become more and more prominent.Promoting the development of the forestry industry has become one of the focuses of the work of all provinces and cities in the country.Jilin Province,as a major forestry province,has brought tremendous economic,social and ecological benefits to the province through the development of its forestry industry.In order to further promote the development of the forestry industry,in recent years,Jilin Province has intensified financial support,issued a number of financial support policies,increased the total investment,and laid the foundation for the accelerated development of the forestry industry in Jilin Province.In spite of this,due to long-term forestry business operations and high risk factors,the financial support for forestry in Jilin Province is still insufficient,and the issues that hinder financial support for forestry industry in Jilin Province are deeply analyzed,and targeted solutions are proposed,which have important practical significance for Jilin Province.This article investigates the development of forestry industry in Jilin Province from the perspective of financial support.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of forestry industry in Jilin Province from the perspective of total forestry industry,industrial structure,and analyzes the forestry of Jilin Province from two aspects: forestry credit policy,forestry industry funds.The forestry industry funds focus on three aspects: forestry fund composition,forestry indirect financing based on forestry mortgage loans and forestry discount loans,and forestry direct financing based on forestry stocks and forestry bonds;Second,it points out the main problems in the current financial support for forestry industry in Jilin Province: insufficient forestry credits,single forestry financing channels,and incomplete forestry financial service system;Third,the use of grey correlation method to empirically test the role of forestry credit and other funds in the development of forestry industry in Jilin Province;Finally,based on the previous theoretical and empirical analysis,drawing lessons from the experience of financial support for forestry development in countries such as the United States,Japan,and India,proposals were raised such as increasing forestry credit enthusiasm,innovating forestry financial products,and improving the forestry financial support system.
