64 Holstein lactating cows with similar milk yield,age,parity,and lactation period were enrolled and randomly divided into four groups,i.e.Control group and 3 music group,with 16 cows in each group.Through the experiment of animal production: the effects of music with different rhythm and timbre on lactation,neuroendocrine,energy metabolism and immune indexes of dairy cows(Experiment 1),the effects of music with different speed and timbre on lactation,neuroendocrine,energy metabolism and immune indexes of dairy cows(Experiment 2).To explore the effects of music with different rhythm,speed and timbre on lactation and blood indexes of dairy cows.Results of first experiment showed as followed: 1.On the twentieth day of the experiment,the milk yield of the light music group and Mozart music group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05);On the twentieth day of the experiment,the number of SCC in the light music group and the dairy cows music group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).2.0 ~ 60 days,the blood Glu content of dairy cows in light music group,Mozart music group and dairy cows music group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05);On the twentieth day of the experiment,the content of GABA in the blood of the cows in Mozart music group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);On the twentieth day of the experiment,the COR content in the serum of the Mozart music group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the content of GH in the blood of Mozart music group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05);0 ~ 60 days,the content of LEP in the Mozart music group and dairy cows music group of dairy cow serum was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);0 ~ 60 d,the content of T3 in serum of light music group and Mozart group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).3.0 ~ 60 d,The content of T-AOC in serum of light music group and Mozart music group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05);On the twentieth day of the experiment,the content of SOD in the serum of the light music group,the Mozart music group and the dairy cows music group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);On the twentieth day,the content of MDA in serum of light music group and Mozart group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05);On the twentieth day of the experiment,the content of GSH-PX in serum of light music group and Mozart group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).4.On the twentieth day of the experiment,the contents of GLU,TC and TG in the blood of the light music group and Mozart music group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);On the twentieth day of experiment,the contents of AST,ALT,ALP,LDH and ?-GT in blood of light music group and Mozart group were significantly lower than those of control group(P < 0.05).Results of second experiment showed as followed: 1.On the twentieth day of experiment,light music group A and light music group B cows were higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the milk yield of the C group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was very significant(P < 0.01).2.The Glu content in the blood of the C group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the light music group A(P < 0.05)during the experiment from 0 to 60 days;On the twentieth day of experiment,the content of GABA in blood of C group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05);The content of Ach in the blood of the C group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05)during the experiment from 0 to 60 days;The content of COR in the blood of C group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05)in the light music group during the experiment from 0 to 60 days;The content of LEP in the blood of C group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05)during the experiment from 0 to 60 days.3.on the 20,40,0 ~ 60 d,the content of IgG in the blood of C group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05);on the 20 and 0 ~ 60 d,the content of T-AOC in the blood of C group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.01);on the 40 and 0 ~ 60 d,the content of SOD in the blood of C group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05);On the 20,40,0 ~ 60 d,the content of MDA in the blood of C group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05);On the 20 and 0 ~ 60 d,the content of GSH-PX in the blood of C group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).4.The content of AST in the blood of B group and C group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05)from 0 to 60 days;The ALT content of C group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05)from 0 to 60 days;on the twentieth day,The ALP content of C group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);On the fortieth day,the LDH content in blood of light music group A,light music group B and light music group C were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);from 0 to 60 days,the content of?-GT in blood of C group and B group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05);The TG content of C group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05);in experiment group fortieth and 60 day;On the twentieth day,the GLU content of light music group B and light music group C was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).The results of this study indicate that,the light music with speed of 65 ~ 75 bpm,simple rhythm,Beat 4/4,mellow tone is more conducive on dairy cow's lactation,energy metabolism and immune level.The Dairy cows music which my research group creat has no significant effect on the energy metabolism and lactation of dairy cows,but it has positive effect on the immune indexes of dairy cows;And the emotional regulation of dairy cows music and regulation of lactation performance of dairy cows music which my research group creat all have positive effects on lactation,energy metabolism and immune level.
