| In order to explore the effects of folk music,jazz and violin music on lactation performance and blood parameters of dairy cows.This trial chosen sixty four healthy Holstein dairy cows with similar male lactation,age and calving were randomly divided into four groups,folk group,jazz group,violin group,and control group,and 16 cows in each group.Playing classical folk music,jazz and violin music for 2 h each time before milking in the experimental groups and routine feeding conducted in the control group.Blood and milk sample were taken once every 20 days.There are 7days in preliminary trial period and the test period lasted 60 days.Results:1:Compared with the control group,0~60 d the violin music group was significantly higher than the control group(p < 0.05),and 0~60 d the jazz group was significantly lower than the control group(p < 0.01).The result shows that,the violin music can significantly improve milk function of dairy cows,increasing the milk performance;the jazz music can significantly reduce the milk function of dairy cows,reducing the milk performance;2:Glu content in dairy cows of the violin music group was significantly lower than the control group at 40 d.The result shows that,the violin music can reduce Glu content,reduce the stress response by improving B-EP and NPY content.The folk music and jazz can intensify emotional tension of dairy cows.3:Compared with the control group,0~60 d ALT and AST content of the violin music group were lower than control group,and UA and CREA content were higher than control group.The result shows that,the violin music can promote the absorption of intensify intracellular glucose metabolism,increase the supply of cells and milk performance.4:Compared with the control group,0~60 d SCC content of the violin music group was lower than control group.The result showed that,violin music can reduce SCC content of dairy cows,and decrease MDA content by increase T3,T4,T-AOC,SOD,GSH-PX content,indicating that violin Music is conducive to improving lactation dairy cow mastitis,increase the basis of metabolism,enhance the immunity of dairy cows. |
