In order to study effects of different speed of music on lactating performance of dairy cows, phase 3 trials, each period of each selected age, parity, milk yield similar health Holstein cows 32, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 16 cows in each group. The control group did not play music, and trials were often playing constant speed, fast and slow speed music. each two 7d interval. Blood samples?milk samples and the daily yield were collected at 1 times per 20 d, and Feed intake 3 times per 20 d.The experiment 1 results show that in 20 d, the milk yield of the constant speed music group and the fast music group were higher than that of the control group, 2.34 kg, 2.11 kg, significant difference(P<0.05). In 20 d, 40 d, and the whole period, the number of somatic cells in the music group, the fast music group and the slow music group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was not significant(P>0.05). In 20 d, 40 d, whole trial period, constant speed music group, fast music group, slow music group, content of milk fat, milk lactose, milk protein were higher than the control group, no significant difference(P>0.05). In 20 d, 40 d, whole trial period, constant speed music group and the music group and the music group fast slow feed intake were higher than the control group. The experiment 2 results show that In 20 d, the content of SP in the serum of the constant speed music group was significantly higher than that in the control group, significant difference(P<0.05). In 20 d, 40 d, whole period, the contents of GABA?5-HT??-EP?GH?PRL?TRH?T3?T4?LH?CRH?ACTH?COR?HIS?E2 in the serum of the constant speed music group, the fast music group and the slow music group in dairy cows were all higher than those in the control group. no significant difference(P>0.05).The experiment 3 results show that In 20 d, 40 d, whole period, the contents of GLU?TP? ALB?AST and ALT in the serum of the constant speed music group, the fast music group and the slow music group in dairy cows were all higher than those in the control group. no significant difference(P>0.05); the contents of NEFA?TG?TC?BHBA and BUN in the serum of the constant speed music group, the fast music group and the slow music group in dairy cows were all lower than those in the control group. no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: music can improve milk production and feed intake of dairy cows. In 20 d, the constant speed music in the maintenance of milk production compared with the same period in the control group was better than the fast music group(P<0.05); slow music effect is limited. Music can reduce the somatic cell counts in the milk of dairy cows, improve the milk fat, milk protein content, lactose content. Music can improve the content of GABA?5-HT?SP?GH?PRL?TRH?T4?T3?LH?CRH?ACTH?COR?HIS?E2 in serum of dairy cows, and can improve the milk production of dairy cows. it can also increase the content of ?-EP in serum and decrease the content of CCK in the serum of dairy cows, and promote the appetite of dairy cows, improve feed intake of dairy cows. Music can improve the synthesis of carbohydrate(GLU content increased), and can reduce the production of lipid metabolites(NEFA?TC?TG?TP?BHBA content decreased); Music can also increase the protein synthesis of dairy cows(TP, ALB content increased),and can reduce the waste of nitrogen(decreased BUN content), and can reduce the waste of nitrogen(BUN content decreased),and Increase the metabolic rate of protein(ALT, AST content increased)...
