| Animal husbandry industry is a high-risk industry because of its large investment and high technical requirements.The gap between high-risk industry and low productivity level,low production relationship level brings great hidden danger to food quality and safety in China.The animal husbandry is not standard,which seriously restricts the development of animal husbandry in China.Because of short production cycle and large production scale,white feather broiler industry magnifies the consequences of nonstandard and nonstandard production.The standardized production of white feather broiler farmers is of great significance to solve the problem of broiler industry development and promote the development of animal husbandry in China.This study attempts to reveal the impact of social capital and contract selection on the standardized production behavior of broiler farmers and the internal mechanism of the adoption of standardized production behavior by white feather broiler farmers.The first chapter introduces the scientific problems and the background,and briefly describes the objectives,scope,content and framework of the research.The second chapter combs the theoretical basis and literature review of this study.The third chapter introduces the current situation and data sources of broiler industry in China.The fourth,fifth,sixth and seventh chapters are the four main contents of this study.The fourth chapter is about the influence of social capital of broiler farmers on contract selection.Using super game theory model to analyze social capital embeddedness is beneficial to increase cooperation between companies and farmers.Based on the theory of social capital and transaction cost,this paper studies the influence of social capital on the choice of contract from the aspects of trust,norm and interpersonal network.Based on the survey data of broiler farmers,this paper empirically tests the impact of social capital on contract selection.The conclusions are as follows:(1)when the farmers choose the market model or the company + farmer model,the three aspects of social capital,social capital of interpersonal network,social capital of trust,and social capital of mutual norms have significant influence;and social capital of trust and interpersonal network has significant positive influence on the farmers' choice of the company + farmer model;social capital of mutual norms has significant positive influence on the farmers' choice.There is a significant negative impact on the choice of company + farmer mode.(2)When farmers choose the cooperative mode or the company + farmer mode,they can regulate social capital mutually.The larger the social capital is,the more farmers tend to choose the cooperative + farmer mode.(3)When farmers choose the vertical integration mode or the company + farmer mode,the higher the trust in social capital,the more inclined they are to choose the vertical integration mode with higher stability.Therefore,different dimensions of social capital have different effects on the behavior of contract selection of farmers.Increasing trust social capital and interpersonal network social capital will lead to the choice of companies + farmers,and increasing mutual standard social capital will lead to the choice of cooperatives + farmers. Increasing trust in social capital will promote vertical integration.The fifth chapter is the impact of contract selection on the standardized production behavior of broiler farmers.Firstly,based on the contract theory,this paper divides the contract stability into organization service,contract incentive and asset specificity,and quantifies them with survey data;secondly,based on the Ministry of agriculture standardization evaluation standard,the standardization behavior of white feather broiler production is divided into six sub standards,and the six sub standards are scored.Among them,the rate of complete standardization was 76.6% for the improved breed of broiler,78.1% for the establishment of breeding,57.7% for the standardization of production,68.9% for the institutionalization of epidemic prevention,75.5% for the innocuity of pollution and 75.4% for the normalization of supervision.Then using organizational services,contractual incentives and asset specificity as explanatory variables,and individual characteristics,production characteristics,transaction characteristics,risk characteristics,family characteristics as control variables,the multiple linear regression was carried out on the breed improvement,breeding facilities,production standardization,epidemic prevention institutionalization,pollution harmless,regulatory normalization,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)in the In the influence of six items of standardized production,the control variables,including individual characteristics,production characteristics,transaction characteristics,family characteristics and risk characteristics,have little influence on the behavior selection of standardized production.(2)Contract selection mode has a significant positive impact on standardization production.(3)The influence of contract incentive,organization service and asset specificity on standardization is different.Contract incentive and asset specificity have no significant impact on pollution harmlessness,organizational services have significant impact on asset specificity;organizational services have no significant impact on regulatory normalization,while contract incentive and asset specificity have significant impact on regulatory normalization.Therefore,in the promotion of standardized production behavior,targeted efforts are needed,for example,the promotion of harmless pollution should focus on organizational services.For the chicken breeding,breeding facilities,and epidemic prevention institutionalization,the overall efforts can be made in three aspects of contract selection mode.For the normalization of supervision,the focus can be on improving contract incentives and asset specificity.The sixth chapter is the influence of social capital and contract choice on standardized production behavior.Based on the theory of rational behavior and planned behavior,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of social capital and contract choice on standardized production.Build the decision-making model of standardized production behavior.Based on the survey data of broiler farmers,the hypothesis is tested by structural equation model.To verify the influence path of social capital,contract choice and standardized production behavior of broiler farmers.The results show that: in the whole sample model,the standardized production behavior of broiler farmers is influenced by the subjective standard of standardized production directly and comprehensively.Social capital and contract stability affect standardized production intention,standardized production attitude,perceived behavior control and other intermediary variables,among which the reciprocal regulation of social mcapital has the most obvious impact on standardized production intention.The empirical model test of group division based on contract selection mode also verifies the research law of the whole sample.According to the empirical model test of group division by region,the four regions show the similar law with the whole sample model.This shows that social capital cognition,contract compulsion and organizational service cognition will ultimately affect the standardized production behavior of broiler farmers.The seventh chapter is the analysis of the influencing factors of aquaculture performance.Firstly,the technical input-output index and economic input-output index of broiler production are calculated and compared.Then it discusses the relationship between broiler production performance and social capital,the relationship between broiler production performance and contract stability,and the relationship between broiler production performance and standardized production from three aspects.The conclusions are as follows:(1)trust social capital has a negative and significant impact on the total production cost of each chicken at the level of 1%;reciprocal norms social capital has a negative and significant impact on the total production cost of each chicken at the level of 10%;interpersonal network social capital has a positive and significant impact on the total production cost of each chicken at the level of 1%,which verifies that higher social capital corresponds to higher life The premise assumption of production performance.(2)Contract selection model has a significant positive impact on the total production cost of chickens at the level of 1%.(3)The results show that there is a positive effect of 1% on the level of improved broiler,5% on the level of cultivation facilities,5% on the level of production standardization,and 5% on the level of pollution harmless,which verifies the hypothesis that standardization has a significant impact on production performance.This shows that strengthening social capital is beneficial to improve the stability of contract selection mode,standardized production behavior and production performance.The eighth chapter is the summary and policy suggestions.On the basis of the summary of this paper,four policy suggestions are put forward,which are:(1)to improve social capital;(2)to improve organizational services and promote the development of high stability contract selection mode production;(3)to increase the publicity and guidance of more stable contract selection mode production;(4)to promote the broiler industry from the perspectives of government,enterprises and farmers
