Objective:The purpose of this paper is to find out common rules about stomachache from Chines medicine clinical cases of the Ming and Qing Dynasty by using several statistical methods. So that we can guide syndrome differentiation of stomachache treatment better and provide new dieas. The possibility that dialectical theory of governance is objective.Methods:According to stomachache diagnostic criteria of teaching material, Retrieving key words as "stomachache", " thoracalgia", " heartache" etc, Chinese Medical Classics and books as the data source to build Excel data entry system, entry of Stomachache Chinese Medical Records, for the medical treatment method in case the disease location and disease, related symptoms, prescription medicined and other knowledge.The data were analyzed by using clustering analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis and Chi square test.The reresults of the data analysis were finally explained based on Traditonal Chinese Medicine.Results:1. There were 412 medical records of stomachache that were collected,72 physicians,69 biographies of Lingnan, The number of cases is Ming Dynasty more than the Qing Dynasty.2. General situations (such as gender and age) of patients were surveyed, and female more than male. Conclusions age of patients are more in males than females, especially in youth and prime of one's life, without motive and preparation, between 20-40 years age.3. Analysis of Symptoms:Results The first attack symptom is stomachache in 368 case,.heartache in 34 case, thoracalgia in 9 case. (2) Look from aching property, The most common pain wai distending pain, chronic pain, flank and back pain(3)The most frequent complications for patients with stomachache, vomiting, regurgitation, food less, dry stool, nausea, etc. The cases recorded symptoms was less three complications,Over 95 percents. (4)Sentiment Abnormality was most common inducers symptoms. (5) Tongue situation. Red tongue, white coating and yellow coating can always be observed in tongue manifestation?(6)Pulse situation. There were 23 spices pluses, wiry slippery pulse and thready slippery pulse were the main pulse.4..Analysis of Syndrome. The first two stypes were stagnation of liver-Qi, deficiency cold of spleen and stomach syndrome, especially, stagnation of liver-Qi were most in Ming and Qing Dynasty.5. Prognostic Analysis. (1) The pathological sites of Chinese medicine were stomach.and the location was related to heart, lung, kedney, spleen and liver. (2) The cause of stomachache was mainly cold-evil.6. Abstract of therapeutic. There were many of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy in cases.7. Analysis of Chinese herbal medicines. (1) Results There were 296 kinds Chinese herb, Used a total of 3741 times?There were 110 kinds Chines herbs Using less than 10 times?The high-frequency medicine which were used more than 10 times were 81 kinds, a total of 3212 times, over85.86 percents. (2) Prescription. The prescription was always made up of nine kinds Chinese herbs, two kinds herbs at least, eighteen kinds at the utmost. (3)Traditional Chinese medicine efficacy category. The top five widely used types are qi-regulating drug.followed by boosting medicine, phlegm resolving, antitussive and antiasthmatic drug, interior-warming Drugs, damp-clearing drug.The qi-regulating drugs accounted for more than one-quarter. (4)The medicine quality of Four Qi, Channel and Wu Wei. In her top three were Warm Medicines,Mild Medicines,Cold Medicines, reached 71.6 percents?pungent bitterness sweet medicine were ranked the first three, in spleen stomach lung liver heatr kidney.8. Through a cluster analysis, get the core drugs to treat this diseas pericarpium, Pinellia ternata, Poria cocos, paeony,glycyrrh, Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, fumitory and melia toosend.9. It was got ninteen drug combination by factor analysis.10. Correlation between syndrome type and drug. Stagnation of liver-Qi and stomach-Qi syndrome was relavant to Fritillaria roylei Hooker Lindera, etc. Cold pathogen attacking stomach syndrome was relavant to monkshood atractylodes, etc. Hyperactivity of stomach-heat syndrome was relavant to Baicalin Cape-jasmine. Static blood blocking collaterals syndrome was relavant to corydalis tube wulingzhi, etc. Deficiency of stomach-yin syndrome was relavant to Ophiopogon, Dendrobium, etc. Insufficiency of the spleen-yang type was relavant to monkshood Ginger, etc. Retention of food in stomach syndrome was relavant to medicated leaven, hawthorn frui, etc.11. Physicians Differd syndrome of stomachache. Stagnation of liver-Qi and stomach-Qi syndrome selected qi-regulation drugs was different among physicians.Conclusion:1.The medical records can be said to be the representative of the TCM of that period.2.The concept of stomachache between ancient and modern were markly different.3. The stomachache was emotional disease.4. Er chen decoction was Basic Prescription witch treated stomache. Qi regulation drugs were most common used in Stomachache excess syndrom.5. Stomachache syndrome differentiation of TCM differd by physicians, Drugs weer also the same.
