Studies On The Drug Eveluation In Modernization Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

This dissertation emphasize particularly on the core issues and the direction of study in Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from the point of drug administration and drug evaluation.(1)Analyze the reasons for the poor curative effects of current TCM based on the drug attributions,which can divide into four kinds of reasons,the indications cannot match the disease,the drug quality cannot meet the specification,inaccurate dosage,and wrong usage.(2)Reinspection and location of Modernization of TCM from the view of drug administration.Identify the Destination of Modernization of TCM,resolve the conflicts among the project,and make an overall arrangement of the assignment to be tackled through modernization of TCM.(3)To avoid of becoming chemical medicines during the Modernization of TCM,we must Keep the principle of TCM theories.But we can modernize the TCM theories within its own realm.(4)The core issues to be solved through Modernization of TCM consist of three kinds of aspects.Firstly,to solve the internal problems of TCM,which including the changing appearance of TCM and the internal quality control of TCM;Secondly,to solve the problems of how to use it,which including the correct usage of TCM and correct Dosage of TCM;Thirdly,to solve the problems of how to evaluation of innovative TCM:because of the changing of disease spectrum,we must seek the new methods to curve the new disease beside the classical TCM books,but we cannot follow the criterions of chemical medicines evaluation and newly evaluation norm must be established to be suit for TCM.(5)The relationship between the modernization,traditionalize and internationalization of TCM:We must change the TCM in many aspects to solve its problem through modernization,but we must keep certain traditional characters of it to avoid of losing the essences of TCM,and I give a negative attitude to the internationalization of TCMBased on the above analysis,we can give a general thinking of modernization of TCM,that we must Keep the principle of TCM theories and emphasize particularly on the core issues of modernization of TCM,which can be solving the internal problems of TCM,solving the problems of how to use it,and solving the problems of how to evaluation of innovative TCM.
