Objective:Endometriosis(EMs)is a common, complicated, and highly heterogeneous disease. In recent years, the incidence of its incidence is markedly rising.EMs can cause ovarian oviposit, dysmenorrhea, interference insemination, and lead to infertility, even canceration. Its pathogenesis is complex and is still not completely clear until now.It has been reported that the occurrence of EMs includes both environmental and genetic factors. The polymorphism of CYP19A1 and GSTs genes has been proved to be to related to the susceptibility of a variety of diseases. But the conclusions of different regionals and races are not consistent. This study explores the relationship between gene polymorphism of CYP19A1 rs2899470,GSTM1,GSTT1 and GSTP1 rs1695 in inner Mongolia and the development of endometriosis. This research will search for the pathogenesis of EMs genetic susceptibility site for the prevention, diagnosis and individualized treatment, which will provide an experimental basis for the EMs curing. Methods:The polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment length polymorphism and multiple-specffic polymerase chain reaction method were used to test 262 endometriosis patients and 275 control subjects from the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University between March 2015 and October 2016.The association between polymorphisms in CYP19A1 rs2899470(four groups:GG,TG,TT and TG+TT),GSTM1(two groups:present and null),GSTT1(two groups:present and null),and GSTP1 rs1695(four groups:AA,AG,GG and AG+9G)were detected, and the development of EMs in of the experimental group and the control group on the demographic and clinical variables were analyzed by t test and chi-square test.According to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the EMs patients were divided into stageⅠ,stage Ⅱ,stageⅢ and stage IV.The association between CYP19A1 rs2899470,GSTM1,GSTT1 and GSTP1 rs1695 gene polymorphism and the EMs disease development were analyzed. Results:The results showed that there were significant differences between CYP19A1 rs2899470 TT,TG+TT groups and GG group, and the data was in conformity with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium;while there was no significant difference between TG group and GG group. There were also no significant difference between present and null groups in GSTM1 and GSTT1,and among AA,AG,GG and AG+GG groups in GSTP1.Moreover,There was significant difference between CYP19A1 rs2899470 TT and GG groups in the distribution of different stages of EMs.However, there was no difference between present and null groups in GSTM1 and GSTT1,also no difference in four gourps of GSTP1.Conclusion:Shortly,this study showed that rs2899470 CYP19A1 gene polymorphism significantly related to the risk and distribution of EMs in the Chinese region of Inner Mongolia women.GSTM1 and GSTT1 and GSTP1 rs1695 polymorphism has litter relationship with the risk and distribution of EMs.
