?Objective?(1)We determined the effects of probiotics, enriched environment, joint intervention of probiotics and enriched environment to understand the effect of enriched environment, the effect of intervention compared with probiotics, and whether it can interact with probiotics on the intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with colorectal cancer so as to lay a foundation for studying the influence of rehabilitation environment nursing and diet nursing on the body.(2)Using an EE,we determined the effects of cognitive training and social support on the intestinal mucosal barrier and brain-gut pepitide in rats with colorectal cancer.Analysis of its role in the process of tumor development and rehabilitation of disease,so as to provide the basis for clinical rehabilitation nursing of colorectal cancer patients.?Method?(1)After feeding the rat adaptively,we used a rat model of 1,2-dimethylhydrazine(DMH)-induced colorectal cancer. The rats were housed in four conditions for two weeks by using stratified random grouping method: EE,probiotic and EE(PE)conditions, probiotic(P)conditions and normal conditions(blank group,B).We determined the weight of each rat, measured the intestinal mucosa and plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-?),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 10(IL-10),ghrelin,corticotropin-releasing factor(CRF),occludin, bacterial translocation(BT),and secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA).We also assessed the overall morphology of the intestinal mucosa.(2)Rat modeling method is the same as above, using combination of stratified random and complete random grouping method, the rats were randomly divided into cognition+exercise+social support(EE),cognition+exercise(EC),cognition(C),exercise+social support(ES),exercise(E),social support+cognition(CS),social support(S),Blank(B)group. The intervention time was 8 weeks. After the intervention, the indexes as above were measured to evaluate the intestinal barrier function.?Result?(1)The rich environment and probiotics have interaction in serum, intestinal mucosa IL-10,IL-6 and TNF-alpha,the height of intestinal villi and CRF in hypothalamus.EE was beneficial with regards to BT,plasma and intestinal mucosa levels of cytokines, plasma CRF levels, villi length and villi width of intestinal mucosa and hypothalamus ghrelin than probiotic(P<0.05).But there is no statistical differences between the EE group and the other groups on occludin,SIgA,muscle thickness and intestinal mucosa ghrelin secretion(P>0.05).(2)The effect of combination of three factors of enriched environment and the combination of social support and cognitive training played a better role in intestinal Ghrelin, plasma IL-6,intestinal mucosa TNFalpha,IL-6,hypothalamus CRF and SIgA than other groups. The effect of the combination of social support and cognitive training is better than the combination of three factors in the hypothalamus Ghrelin, plasma TNF-and plasma alpha and intestinal mucosa with IL-10,but the effect of combination of three factors in the muscle layer thickness and occludin is better than the effect of the combination of social support and cognitive training. In single factor, cognitive training was superior to the other two factors in plasma and intestinal mucosa TNF-alpha and IL-10.?Conclusion?(1)The effect of enriched environment is better than that of probiotics, especially in the intestinal mucosal immune barrier and biological barrier in rats with colorectal cancer. But the interaction of the two is not as good as that of the enriched environment. It is suggested that in the nursing work, environmental nursing is very important for the recovery of the body of large intestine cancer. In the future research,we can further study the role of environment in the body by changing the intervention time and so on.(2)In the single factor study, the effect is not sure, and it is not as good as the effect of the group CS and group EE.The combination of three factors is better than the combination of cognitive training and social support in the intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier, and the combination of cognitive training and social support is better than the combination of three factors in intestinal mucosal immune barrier and brain gut peptide. It is suggested that in the nursing work, the interaction between the positive cognitive stimulation and the strong social support is of great significance to the rehabilitation of the colorectal cancer.Future studies need to expand the sample size and combined with clinical nursing practice to study the effects of enriched environment on body weight,brain-gut peptide and intestinal mucosa biological barrier, and the effects of every single factors on intestinal mucosal barrier. Therefore,it lays the foundation for the study of the effect of rehabilitation nursing environment on the body of patients with colorectal cancer.
