| Because of its unique curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is springing up all over the world.However,due to the differences between Chinese and western culture and medical thinking mode,the theoretical and cultural connotation of TCM have not been effectively spreaded.Western countries’ understanding of traditional Chinese medicine is still in the level of partial understanding and partial generalization.Traditional Chinese medicine is recognized as supplementary medicine.In most countries,it still has not obtained the legal status.Since the western spread of traditional Chinese medicine research topic appeared,academic research has got a certain basis,and has achieved a series of related results,but at present,the western spread of traditional Chinese medicine research is still mostly in the perceptual stage.The study of the western spread of traditional Chinese medicine in books are still in the stage of collecting historical materials,focusing on the popularization of knowledge.Some articles only studying a certain aspect,a certain angle,has not yet formed a set of strong implementation of traditional Chinese medicine western transmission mode.In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,western medicine came into China,just like the western spread of traditional Chinese medicine,which is essentially a kind of acceptance problem of heterogeneous medical system in foreign culture.There are also differences between Chinese and western culture and Chinese and western medical thinking mode.Western medicine can produce great influence in China in a relatively short period of time,which can be found in accordance with the law of communication.To explore the strategies and modes of western medicine spreading in China in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties can provide reference for us to solve the problem of western spread of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the related theories of communication,this paper uses philology,comparative study,descriptive and interdisciplinary research methods to explore the mode of western medicine spreading in China in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,and then combines the characteristics of western spread of traditional Chinese medicine itself to explore the mode of western spread of traditional Chinese medicine,and combines with this mode to further explore the specific implementation path of western spread of traditional Chinese medicine.The first part of the paper reviews the history of the western spread of traditional Chinese medicine,mainly discusses the representative characters,content,effect and so on,and analyzies the historical characteristics and enlightenment of the western spread of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to learn from the history and the successful experience;Then it systematically and comprehensively combs the current situation of the spread of Chinese medicine in western countries,and analyzes the promotion and obstacles of the western spread of contemporary Chinese medicine,and focuses on the main causes of the current difficulties of the spread of Chinese medicine in western countries.It provides the historical data support for studying the mode of the western spread of contemporary Chinese medicine and exploring its specific realization path.The second part of the paper,first of all,the reason,content influence and significance of the spread of western medicine in China in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties are systematically combed and analyzed,and according to the "7w" model of communication,in-depth analysis of the acceptance of western medicine in China in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,sums up the mode of communication.This paper focuses on the introduction of western medicine into China in the late Ming and early Qi dynasties under the framework of Christian theology.In order to better achieve its communication purpose,missionaries adopted the communication strategy with Chinese audience as the center,that is communicators,communication scenarios,communication content,and communication media were coordinated with the communication audience respectively,thus reducing the transmission resistance of western medicine in China and improving the communication effect.Then it analyzes the feasibility of western medicine spreading in China in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,and the differences between western medicine spreading in China in the late Ming dynasty and early Qing dynasty,and puts forward the“9w”mode of Western spread of traditional Chinese medicine.The third part of the paper,according to the“9w”mode of TCM westward spread,puts forward the specific path of TCM westward spread.That is,we should coordinate various communication elements based on the communication purpose,and organize various forms of interaction and actively absorb feedback from the audience.Then,promot the spread of traditional Chinese medicine culture by spreading clinical experience and skills.At last,spread Chinese medicine to the west with the audience as the center. |
