| As an outstanding representative of Chinese outstanding traditional culture,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture is closely related to people's life from the spiritual world to specific prescriptions.The core value of TCM culture is the soul of TCM culture,which is of great significance to the education of TCM talents.With previous studies,this paper will study the practice of the core value of TCM culture from the perspectives of theory and practice.This research has the following points:the interpretation of the core value of TCM culture,the personality concept of ancient practitioner of Chinese medicine,the social cognition investigation of the core value of TCM culture,the hospital value culture investigation of TCM hospitals,the practice of the core value of TCM culture,and the path of the core value of TCM culture.The first chapter untangles the formation process of the core value of TCM culture "Ren(?),He(?),Jing(?),and Cheng(?)",and explains the connotation of them.Generally speaking,"Ren" means benevolence,medicine is benevolence,compassion for all things,and medicine is not interested in benefits."He" is harmony between human and nature,interpersonal harmony,physical and mental harmony,and disease reconciliation,"Jing" is mainly for medical skills,"Cheng" is the key to doctors' character.grasping the meaning of the core value of TCM culture is the first step to practice it.The second chapter discusses the personality of ancient practitioner of Chinese medicine,which is closely related to the core value of TCM culture.The ideal personality of TCM is shaped by the core value of TCM culture.The motives of ancient doctors are diverse and complex,which can be summarized as follows:the need of oral facts,pursuing fame and wealth,giving more than one's share to medicine,inheriting family studies,recuperating the king's family,protecting one's body and mind,seeking knowledge of things,cultivating morality and helping the world.There are three levels of personality realm in ancient Chinese medicine,namely,the realm of sages,the realm of attainable and the realm of essential essence.On the whole,the ideal personality of ancient Chinese medicine can be described as"great doctor","good doctor" and "top doctor".Sun Simiao is one of the typical persons.The third chapter is the contemporary practice of the core value of TCM culture.In The first section,the public's cognition of the core value of TCM culture is studied by questionnaire.According to 3732 questionnaires,the core values of TCM culture most recognized by the public are "Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng",followed by "Yin Yang Zhonghe"and "medical nature";Taiji diagram,acupuncture bronze statue and Xinglin are the three most recognized cultural symbols of TCM;the three most popular brand symbols of TCM are Beijing Tongrentang,Yunnan Baiyao and Jiuzhitang;Gong The average score of people's understanding of TCM culture is 59.72;although people's self-evaluation of understanding level of TCM is not high,they still have great hope for the future of TCM,and the average score of confidence for the future of TCM is 76.96.The second section analysis the outstanding figures which practice the core value of TCM culture.The spirit of Chinese medicine master is the perfect interpretation of "Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng".This spirit is not only the individual spirit of the group of national medical masters,but also the spirit of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Based on the articles of "Approaching the Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine" published in People's Daily,this paper uses personality psychology to study lexical-based ideas and methods,proposes that the spirit of Chinese medicine master should be a three-level structure covering everyone and me,people and me,and me.Finally,the spirit of Chinese medicine master can be refined as kindness,love,inheritance and innovation;harmony,kindness,modesty and sincerity;strictness,research,tranquility and honesty.Master spirit of traditional Chinese medicine is the perfect interpretation of the core values of Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng.This spirit is not only the personality spirit of the group of TCM masters,but also the spirit of the TCM industry.Traditional Chinese medicine technology may be different,but the spirit could be carried forward,upheld and inherited from generation to generation.Therefore,promoting the spirit of the "master of Chinese medicine" has strategic significance for Chinese medicine people to shape a perfect personality,increase cultural self-confidence and promote social harmony.The third section is about the investigation and research on the hospital culture construction of TCM hospital.TCM medical institutions at all levels in China are important practice places for the core value of TCM culture "Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng".In the past ten years,tertiary hospitals have continuously integrated "Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng" into the construction of hospital culture,and achieved certain results.To inspect the core value of culture of Chinese medicine "Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng" in the practice of the status quo of TCM hospitals,this paper queries in the form of internet survey 477 tertiary public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine's web portal,found that there are 54 hospitals directly use "Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng" as school training or mental hospital or hospital values,etc.,and the ratio at least directly using one word of " Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng" reaches 82.22%.From existing problems,this paper puts forward several strategies for the construction of hospital spiritual culture:firstly improve the portal to highlight the spiritual culture of the hospital,secondly comprehensively grasp four dimensions of "Ren,He,Jing,and Cheng" to precise positioning,finally combined with local famous doctors and their culture to create regional characteristics.The last section is about the hospital culture construction case investigation thinking.From Chinese traditional concept,"home" is a very important symbol.Family is not only the emotional Department of all family members,but also the smallest cell of the society.Nowadays,the practice of Confucian "family" culture has changed from traditional family to organizational culture,which plays an important role in the sense of belonging and harmonious interpersonal relationship.Taking hospital culture as an example,Confucian"family" culture plays an important role in building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,building a new hospital culture and building hospitals with Chinese characteristics.The last chapter is the discussion of the practice path of the core value of TCM culture.This paper mainly analyzes the external policy and cultural environment of it and puts forward five suggestions:establishing the belief,iambic union,concerted effort,mutual benefit and win-win situation,Omni media model.In short,the practice of the core value of TCM culture is integrated with the development of TCM culture,which is carried by people,takes the opportunity of The Times,and aims to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The research on the core value of TCM culture is still in its infancy,which needs more people with lofty ideals to join. |
