YuHuangShan FuXing Taoist Temple is second to none jungle temples in modern southern of China,it was rose in Tongzhi Three years(1864)and was reverted to the garden department in 1956,which had been persperous nearly a hundred years,during this period,the Taoism just gradually sank into the local social.As losing the support form the royal and the nobility,the Taoism gradually sank into the local social.How it existed?developed and coordinated the the relationship with all forces of the local community in that hard time is worthing researching.In this paper,the researcher refer to the Local History,Mountain History Books,The Literature from Taoism,Stone Tablets,Archival Material,Newspapers,Oral History and so on,take the micro-history approach to research YuHuangShan FuXing Taoist Temple' s development in the modern history,study the complex relationship between the urban temples and the local society.This article analyses the interaction the between YuHuangShan FuXing Taoist Temple and the local society in the following aspects:the local society Local Governments,Squires,initiation activities,subsidiary temples,fasting ritual,charity,the pilgrimage and so on,hoping to find out the local society 's impact and effect on the development of Taoism.The first chapter focuses on the late Qing Dynasty YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple historical background and Jiang Yonglin Taoist priest of become enlightened;the second chapter is mainly about local government support for the YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple;The third chapter is mainly about the local gentry influence of the YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple;The fourth chapter is mainly about the YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple through initiation to spread Orthodoxy,while interacting with other temples,and Mission Taoist Sects;The fifth chapter speaks the YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple interact with each hospital to take over,the lower house;The sixth chapter the Republic of China is mainly about the YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple by fasting ritual activities serving the public;Chapter? of the main speakers during the Republic the YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple Concept of charity;Chapter ? is mainly about the YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple into activities.Through the study of interaction the YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple parties and local community,showing its first Daoxing have a profound,moral priests team and passed wide income disciples,support the weak temples,spread Shoujie legal system and other methods to form a YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple Center for the Mission and temples hold together the group to respond to changes of modern society.Second,in the period of the late Qing Dynasty Chinese domestic facing "The Church of God"?"The White Lotus" as the representative of "heresy" in profusion,external facing violent impact of Western culture.Despite the loss of support Taoism upper and national levels,but this cultural and spiritual situation to make "Confucianism" the main squire and local governments fully recognize the role of traditional Taoist religious tradition to recovery and stability of society,of solid Taoism give some support.Once again YuHuangShan FuXing DaoistTemple fully into the local community,from top to serve as local social services into the general public service.Specific measures into local society have to YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple lucky star "The Jade Emperor Christmas" religious activities and Hangzhou Sunny of binding to evolve into "The Jade Emperor Christmas pilgrimage" activities and become Hangzhou one of the local folk;The original establishment of the imperial family after the Jinluzhai Praying binding era transformation attract,serve the local people;by other religious groups in cooperation with local governments,squire to jointly cope with the destruction YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple Concept surrounding environment;accommodating up the mountain during the war refugees,the creation of primary income disaster children,etc.After fully integrated into the local society,YuHuangShan FuXing Daoist Temple and a local social community,solid and easier to obtain local community managers local government officials,and other squire understanding and support.Folk Belief as one source of Taoism,Taoism gradually through the Millennium Development Back folk in modem times,into the local society.At this time,while maintaining their own Taoist legality of soil found in the survival and development of civil society,won the support of all forces in the local community,so in order to lose the upper class,in the turbulent background of tenacious survival and development down.
