Research On The Protection And Development Of Chieftain Cultural Heritage In The Northeast Of Guizhou Province

As a multi-ethnic nation,Chieftain System is the dominant ethnic policy of central government in Yuan,Ming,Qing dynasties.Although the system is already abolished,its culture as well as influence remains as political wisdom in history.On July 4,2015,“China Chieftain heritage" was included onto the world cultural heritage list,after the joint declaration among the Bozhou dragon old city remains of Guizhou Province,Yongshun city remains of Hunan Province and Tang Ya Chieftain city remains of Hubei province.It shows the great value of chieftain system,especially in history,science and art,etc.However,one must also realize the necessity to protect and develop Chieftain cultural heritage.Guizhou province has been historically shortened as "Qian",has been under the dominance of Chieftain for ages.The governance over Qian northeast area had been changed from time to time,including Sizhou Xuanwei Chieftain,Sinan Xuanwei Chieftain,water Dejiang Officer Chieftain,barbarians Officer Chieftain,Si Yinjiang Officer Chieftain,Yanheyouxi Officer Chieftain,Tongren Officer Chieftain,Shengxi Officer Chieftain,Tixi Officer Chieftain,Bid Wan Mountain Officer Chieftain,Wuluo Officer Chieftain,Ping Touzhu Officer Chieftain,etc.Marvelous cultural heritage has been made,material and intangible.Material cultural heritage includes the relics culture,the architectural culture,the tomb culture,the tablet culture,the inscriptions culture and implements culture,etc.,while the intangible cultural heritage includes the content of the song and dance,drama,ceremony,sports,arts,etc.The aim of protecting and developing northeast chieftain cultural heritage is to activate its social benefit and economic benefit.The chieftain culture owns a certain kind of culture ecology,thus a new kind of cultural ecology should be made in the protection and development in current society.The necessity and diversity of protection can be seen as a rebuilt of new cultural ecology,development being a basis.The value can be discussed from different aspects.From the aspect of social value,it show the value of historical memory,cultural transmission and education;from the aspect of economic value,it shows the value of tourism development;from the aspect of art,it shows the beauty of harmony,the beauty of nature,from the aspect of academic value,it shows the researches in ethnic area governing,ethnic culture blending as well as the ethnic economic and social development.The protection measure of Qian northeast chieftain culture heritage includes regional synergy protection,museum protection,"Internet +" protection,etc.Regional synergy protection requires all regions and departments work and protect commonly,sharing resources;museum protection aims at all kinds of cultural heritage in the form of collection show,is not only conducive to material class long time preservation of cultural heritage,but also provides a place for people to understand the social value of the chieftain cultural heritage;the "Internet +" protection helps people to understand Chieftain culture heritage,and get them involved in the protection through the network platform and digital transmission.The development measure of Qian northeast chieftain cultural heritage includes tourism development,film and television development,local textbook development,etc.Tourism development aims to develop chieftain cultural heritage as a culture source,the benefit from tourism also benefit the economic society,hence the internal motivation of protection and inheritance.The film and television development aims to turn chieftain cultural heritage as audio-visual art,thus to help people understand ethnic history and culture,promoting the cultural consumption and tourism development.The local textbook development aims to compile the local chieftain culture into textbooks,turning chieftain culture as education resource,promoting people's local recognition and local emotions.Currently,achievements have been made in the protection and development of Qian northeast chieftain cultural heritage;meanwhile,some problems also existed.Reasonable policies should be made to deal with different problems,meanwhile,scientific principles should be considered for the feasibility and operability of protection and development.
