The Protection And Development Of Intangible Cultural Heritage From The Perspective Of Economics

Economic globalization promotes world cultural exchanging,but also has brought great impact to the local culture.The regional cultural characteristics gradually weakened,so that the diversity of the culture was destroyed.Intangible cultural heritage,as an important cultural resource,is important to maintain the spirit of national development bond,but accelerating the modernization process making its original living environment has been seriously threatened,much intangible cultural heritage resources is facing endangered and extinct plight.In this situation,a scientific and rational protection of intangible cultural heritage and development of resources for development and prosperity of our national culture,and to promote the sustainable development of society,is of great significance.In the important opportunity of Tongling city,Anhui province,was elected as a non-material cultural heritage protection one of the five pilot cities,protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Tongling has already been a very urgent research topic.In this paper,the basic theory of the intangible cultural heritage and economic theory as a guide,combining with the important research results,taking the intangible cultural heritage of Tongling as the research object,using the method of literature research,field survey and economic analysis.The concept,characteristics,value,protection and development of intangible cultural heritage have been analyzed and studied.Based on the research object of Tongling intangible cultural heritage,the main problems existed in the process of protection and development are summarized,and some research strategies are put forward by using public goods theory,composition,income analysis,utility theory and so on.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward to protect the intangible cultural heritage in Tongling from the aspects of improving the protection and development of the social groups,establishing the mechanism of talents training,expanding the channels of capital supply,establishing the legal system,and from the government,society,the market in the face of Tongling's intangible cultural heritage protection and development of the proposal,in order to benefit the development of the intangible cultural heritage in Tongling and the development of the work carried out smoothly and healthy development.
