Going Towards Landscape

Since the 21^st century,the boundaries of art itself have become more and more fuzzy.The art shows the unprecedented fragmentation,diversity and inclusiveness in the aspect of style,type,creative method and theme.The art impels itself to go to an unpredictable creative extension field by making challenges to the social existed balance.During the last 20 years,profound changes have taken place in the subject of landscape and many academies and practical areas have shown a strong interest on the potential ability of the landscape concept.The dissertation,taking the landscape as the core,rereads,thinks and works hard to build new idea and new method of the contemporary art.It also explores face and meaning of the new art from the perspective of landscape and at the same time,it constructs and extends the existed art systematically,with landscape as its carrier.It shows that the possibility of integration of some relevant fields such as landscape,city and art.The urban landscape becomes a brand new and meaningful branch in the art field by replacing the space.It is expected to form a systematical and deep research.The interdisciplinary and integrated research,with landscape as theme,is beneficial to discuss methodology of contemporary art in the realistic level.The primary purpose of the dissertation is to analyze the landscape theory and to explore the social and cultural meaning behind the theory,promoting the new idea and integrated application of knowledge.The second purpose is to reveal the applicability of landscape,as model,method and strategy in the city practice.In the light of meaningful transformation of city landscape construction in the visual quality,the disciplinary construction of contemporary landscape is extremely urgent,making it so important to do research systematically in the field of the mainstream aesthetic of landscape and cultivate and guide the aesthetic taste of public.The dissertation is divided into nine parts.The introduction mainly states meaning,method and the basic condition of the research.The first chapter does the historical description of landscape and indicates the core concept of landscape in this paper.The second chapter discusses the extension of landscape connotation and the relationship of art extended fields directing at the problem of industrialization and urbanization.The third chapter expounds the expansion of art connotation and extension.The forth chapter riches the landscape connotation and discusses the artificial experience of multiply perception from the starting point of the body theory.The sixth chapter expounds the sustainable development of landscape from the view of human ecology and demonstrates the thought behind it by illustrating the artificial examples.The seventh chapter discusses the integration of science,art and landscape,with landscape meeting the new opportunity and taking the vitality of world as aim.The dissertation comes to the conclusion that landscape,as the expression of overall thinking of relationship between human being and environment,supports the belief of going to the artificial stage of landscape.
