A Research Of Composing Features And Structure Form In Elainie Lillios' Acousmatic Music Works

Acousmatic music is a form of electronic music.It stems from a compositional tradition that dates back to the introduction of "musique concrete".It uses sounds from nature,instrument music,speech,and electronically generated sound as a sound material.The music is produced with the aid of various sonic technologies,with timbre,tension,density,speed and ect,as the main structural forces,and the spatial sound field concept is used for creation.It is stroed in fixed media audio recordings and presented using speakers."Acousmatic" and "fixed media" are the main features.Rational analysis and perceptual perception are the main methods using to research it.Eliannie Lillios is one of the contemporary electronic music composers.Three different styles of acousmatic music works are the main objects in my paper,detailed from the creative techniques and structural forms.The comprehensive analysis summarizes the structural forms,creative features,and logical organization of the acousmatic music works of the composer,especially the interactions of sound materials,acoustic organization,sound movement patterns,and texture patterns.The reserch of this paper explores the process of the developing from the original sampling to the whole soud works,the reletionship between partial and whole structure,and the craft of acousmatic music conception and composition.Through the research of this topic,we will find out the technical means and creative logic of acousmatic music works,understand and master the characteristics of overall structure,and provide reference for the composition and research of acousmatic music.
