From the end of 1983 to the beginning of 1984,A large number of bamboo slips unearthed in Han Dynasty tombs of Zhangjiashan M247,Jiangling County,Hubei Province,It contains a lot of early legal documents of Han Dynasty.This is another major discovery of the legal bamboo slips after the Shuihudi bamboo slips of Qin Dynasty.After initial cleanup,This batch of bamboo slips including"Li Pu","Second Year Law","Zou Yan Book","Meridians Book","Arithmetic Book","Gai Lu","Guidance Book","Qian Ce",a total of eight books,more than 1200 bamboo slips.There are 18 pieces of bamboo slips in the"Li Pu".The period of time is from the fourth year of Han Dynasty Gaozu(203 BC)to the second year in Another September of Lv Queen(186 BC).Bamboo 2 record"????"four words,it is the true portrayal of the founding of the Han Dynasty.There are 540 pieces of bamboo slips in the"Second Year Law".It is an excerpt from the Second Year Law of Lv Queen in the early Han Dynasty,containing 27 kinds of law of Han Dynasty and 1 kinds of"JinGuan order".This is the first discovery of the systematic legal bamboo slips in the Han Dynasty,which made up for the lack of research data on the history of law in the Han Dynasty.There are 228 pieces of bamboo slips in the"Zou Yan Book".The contents are excerpts from the�Zou yan�documents of the Qin and the Han Dynasty,preserving the basic format of the�Zou yan�documents.It is of great significance for the study of the judicial trial system in the Qin and Han dynasties.There are 66 pieces of bamboo slips in the"Meridians Book".�Bing Hou�,�Yin Yang Shi Yi Mai Jing�,�Mai Fa�are the main content.Most of them were found in MaWangDui Silk Book of"Yin Yang Shi Yi Mai Jing",which was better preserved than the latter.There are 190pieces of bamboo slips in the"Arithmetic Book".It is a collection of practical calculations.The form of content is similar to the"Nine Chapters of Arithmetic"and is more than two hundred years earlier than the latter.There are 55 pieces of bamboo slips in the"Gai Lu",the dialogue between Shen Xu and Gai Lu is a textual form,it has a strong War of Yin and Yang color.There are 112 pieces of bamboo slips in the"Guidance Book",it is the first time that a systematic literature of the Han Dynasty guidance was found,can be referred with MaWangDui Guidance Picture.There are41 pieces of bamboo slips in the"Qian Ce",it's a list of funerary items.A box of books is recorded in the bamboo slips,that is the bamboo slips unearthed.It is worth mentioning that the tomb also unearthed a cane,this shows that the owner of the tomb is old man.It has been 34 years since the tomb of Zhangjiashan M247 was excavated.All the bamboo slips were published in 2001,it has been 16 years since now.Because of the content of bamboo has the important research value,which has aroused extensive attention from scholars,there are a total of thousands of related papers and dozens of books.Related research is complicated,Therefore,it is necessary to make a comprehensive analysis of previous research history.At the same time,combining with the research results of scholars,re-collate the text of bamboo slips,analysis and research the difficult words,this is also the purpose of writing this paper.This paper is divided into two parts,The first part contains three chapters.The first chapter Introduction,the author describe the excavation of M247 tombs,shapes and funerary objects of tombs,tomb owner identity.The main content of this part is to discuss the unearthed bamboo slips and their publication,as well as the research contents and significance of this thesis.The key content is the summary of the research on each part of Zhangjiashan Han Dynasty bamboo slips,The purpose is to master the research status of previous academic circles.The second chapter Text annotation of Zhangjiashan Han Dynasty bamboo slips,this part is based on the texts published by???M247?????(?????)and????????,absorbing the textual research results of the bamboo slips in the academic circle,referring to the original and infrared pictures,the author re-collate the text of Zhangjiashan Han Dynasty bamboo slips,annotate the key and difficult vocabulary,make the meaning of the article unobstructed.The third chapter Research on related issues,including the arrangement and research of the"Second Year Law",textual research of the key words.e.g"?","??","????","??","??","?????".The second part mainly includes two parts:Variorum of words and expressions and Reference.In the part of variorum of words and expressions,the author first enumerate the items,then select 1-5 representative examples,finally abstracts the research results of scholars in chronological order,use notes to explain the terms that need to be supplemented and analyzed.The last is the reference of this paper.
