Research On Political Ethics Thoughts In "Qun Shu Zhi Yao"

In the early years of the Tang dynasty,Tang Taizong Li Shimin ordered Wei Zheng and others to write an outstanding political masterpiece,Qunshuzhiyao,which compiled the historical materials from the ancient period of Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors to the Jin Dynasty and picked up the essence of self-cultivation,family planning,ruling the country,and the world.This book is a treasure book of world governance.As a monumental work of government,Qunshuzhiyao was highly praised by the Tang Dynasty emperor as soon as it was published,and it had an important influence on the political development of Tang Dynasty.Moreover,it was circulated in Japan and was regarded as the criterion by the emperor of Japan and his ministers.In the 1990 s,Qunshuzhiyao came back from Japan and attracted wide attention from leading cadres,experts,scholars and ordinary readers.In recent years,many experts and scholars have collated and studied Qunshuzhiyao.However,from the perspective of ethics,especially from the perspective of political ethics,they are obviously insufficient,lacking in deep philosophical thinking and exploration and excavation of traditional political ethics resources.This paper attempts to sort out and study the political and ethical thoughts of Qunshuzhiyao comprehensively,systematically and in different categories,including the ideological contents of Natural Law,Rule of Virtue,Benevolence and Justice,People Oriented,Education and Employment,and then make a rational and objective evaluation and consideration of the value of the book.On the one hand,it fully affirms its great value and significance,on the other hand,it profoundly points out its historical value that cannot be ignored.The purpose is to systematically sort out the rich political and ethical resources contained in Qunshuzhiyao,and fully demonstrate its far-reaching value,not just its important literature and academic value.This is the original purpose of this article,and it is also the real inspiration and practical wisdom of the study and excavation of Chinese traditional political and ethical thought.
