The Research On The Privy Council Of Jin Dynasty

Based on the existing research results in the academic circles,this paper takes the Privy Council in the early Jin Dynasty and the Privy Council in the middle and late Jin Dynasty as the research object,and analyzes the Privy Council system of the Jin Dynasty.The Privy Council of early Jin Dynasty was based on the principle of "ruling by the customs" of the Liao people.It was designed from the system of the Privy Council of the Han Dynasty in Liao Dynasty.It was the local institution of the Jin Dynasty.With the consolidation of the rule of the Jin Dynasty and the official reform of the early Jin Dynasty,the Privy Council gradually lost its inherent status.At the time of Xizong,the Privy Council replaced the Shangshu Province,and stepped out of the political stage of early Jin Dynasty.In the early years of the Jin Dynasty,the Privy Council made an important contribution to the consolidation of the new occupationalarea.During the Hailing periodin order to curb the power of the Marshal's House,strengthen the centralization of power,the Marshal House is changed to the Privy Council.The replaced Privy Council is the highest military institution in the central late Jin Dynasty.In the research of the Privy Council in the early Jin Dynasty,this paper makes a systematic discussion on the origin of the Privy Council in the early Jin Dynasty,the establishment of official posts,the group of officials and their relationship with the marshal's office and xingtai province.As for the origin of the Privy Council in the early Jin Dynasty,this paper believes that the Privy Council originated from the Han Privy Council in the early Liao Dynasty.It is the local administrative organization in the early Jin Dynasty,and its Jurchen official system in the Central Jin
