Textural Research On Volunme 1 Of Zhiguanzhi,Qingshigao

As a recorded official texts with a history of Qing dynasty,QingShiGao has many mistakes in its content because of compiling hurriedly.The Volunme 1 of Zhiguanzhi is mainly record the central government of Qing dynasty,cabinet,Privy Council and Six Departments are the secretary office and the core power of the central government,and it plays an important role in Qing bureaucratic system.The article is excerpted from The First Part of Officer System in Draft history of Qing,referenced Four Collating methods of Chen Yuan,by consulting QingSanTong,The Qing Code,The Veritable Records of the Qing,and Academic works of contemporary,textual research cabinet,Privy Council and Six Departments and other core sectors about options,charge,history one by one,to correct mistakes and add some illustration.The central government system of the Qing dynasty had two distinctive features,which inherited the Ming system and referenced Man,Han system.As a minority,Qing dynasty established a despotism system as they conquered the Central Plains,and its aim is to strengthen and maintain centralization and the feudal regime which take Manchu as the core.Though there were Meng,Han officials,the real power was grasped by the Manchu noblemen.The rank of Man officials is generally higher than Han's,and so is the number.The difference is obvious,especially in the distribution of the core and important officials.Before the armies of Qing Dynasty,the Manchus had shared a close relationship with Mongolian.Mongolia served as a rear and an ally of Manchu during the confrontation between Manchu and Ming Dynasty.However,since the entry after the Manchus,Qing had been always treating Mongolian,the past master of the Central Plains and ruler of the whole country,as a partner.Through political marriages and introductions from Mongolian aristocrats to princes and dukes,Qing constantly wooed them to represent brotherhood and to consolidate political union between two areas.In fact,the Central Official System in late Qing Dynasty had been changed seriously,which proves that there are deficiencies in The History of Officials During Qing Dynasty.
