The vitality of cultural development is a deep-seated factor affecting the prosperity and decline of culture.This study explores how to adapt to the current situation and create conditions under the condition of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so as to stimulate the cultural development vitality to the greatest extent,promote the cultural development and prosperity,revive the Chinese culture,and realize the Chinese dream of national prosperity,national rejuvenation and people's happiness!The central idea of this paper is,in a word,the practice theory that the cultural subject and the social environment mutually promote each other.Cultural subjects and social environment are the two basic elements that influence the vitality of cultural development.They interact and organically unite in social practice activities,which restrict the strength and weakness of cultural development vitality.The full text includes the introduction,the nine chapters of the main text(in three
