"Social vitality" is the current academic circles is the forefront of innovative and challenging task. Although previous research has made gratifying achievements, provides the beneficial reference for creation of this article and the necessary basis. But, because of "social vitality" problem caused attention of late in academia, discussion time is shorter, less accumulation of achievements, research on its serious superficiality and one-sidedness, and many other problems, it can be said that was still in its infancy. Thus, further research on "social vitality" problem has important theoretical value and practical significance.From the holistic perspective of system, this paper applies the method of analysis and synthesis, the hierarchy and order of combination system, the social layers of the giant system separating them, explore its kernel. Thereby combining system, social system kernel vitality infinite energy, and energy in order to release the possibility of social system kernel energy release form. At the same time, this paper USES the method of history and logic of Marx about "human nature" and "The essence of man" theory, on the basis of in-depth understanding and detailed analysis of "human nature" logic inference and generalization of integrity, it is concluded that the metaphysical philosophy abstraction, demonstrated the value of the person and the nature of the organic combination of system kernel formation of society and develop the historical materialism about social development impetus theory, dig out the real social organism innovation huge space and a variety of possibilities.This paper argues that, the so-called social vitality refers to the internal driving force for the survival and evolution of social organism. It deeply lies in the social organism with constant self-renewal, self-enhancement and inexhaustible characteristics.According to historical materialism, society is a huge system and an organic whole. The formation, existence, development and extinction of all the organisms are the result of force interaction. Driven by internal survival force, organisms actively absorb energy supplied by the outside world and then the absorbed energy converts with energy exhausted by survival so as to make organisms smoothly finish formation, survival and development. It is true of society as well; as a constantly changing and organic whole, it forms, survives and develops under the driving of social internal primary force. This kind of primary force has remained steadily in the deep of internal society and its power speed and external manifestation degree also differs at different stages of social history.The operation of social system is the result of social vitality driving. When social vitality moves the huge social organism, its power will release and then distribute to each part of social organism. Meanwhile, it will be also enhanced and form a dynamic force system. In order to facilitate discussion, this paper divides this force system into "social vitality at core dimension","social vitality at explicit dimension" and "social vitality at extended dimension"."Social vitality at core dimension" is inexhaustible internal driving force contained in deep internal society and it is also called "core vitality of social system", which is substantial social vitality at nature level. Social vitality at core dimension is distributed to each part of external social organism to form "social vitality at explicit dimension", which is also called "explicit vitality of social system" and is both the external manifestation of "social vitality at core dimension" and social vitality at phenomenon level. The self-renewal and self-enhancement potentiality of social vitality at core dimension is called "social vitality at extended dimension", which is the constantly increasing potential of human essential power during labor and continuously evolving potential indigenous to human beings during intergenerational relationships through homotropic inheritance. If the explicit dimensions of social vitality from the social system found in the view of the static system kernel energy release of the external performance, so, extending dimensions of social vitality is from social system found in the view of the dynamic system kernel itself to enhance energy release.There is intrinsic correlation among social vitality at core dimension, social vitality at explicit dimension and social vitality at extended dimension. Firstly, once social vitality at core dimension releases, it will distribute to each part of social organism and then convert to social vitality at explicit dimension; meanwhile, social organism absorbs new energy from the outside world and converts with the energy exhausted by survival so as to make internal driving force of organism enhance and form social vitality at extended dimension. Social vitality at extended dimension manifests as free and conscious human activities, as full playing of enthusiasm, activity and creativity from human beings during practical activities, as economic, cultural and political vitality, as main force of harmony between man and nature; as positive and vibrant mental state during the whole social production and life and as high activeness of the overall society. Economic, cultural, political vitality and other social vitality manifestation patterns act as the final stance carrier of core vitality of social system; in addition, as the middle link, creative practices of human beings is both the route for the release of social vitality at core dimension and direct source of economic, cultural and political vitality. Secondly, social vitality at extended dimension is both the carrier for extension&enhancement and the result of infinite extension for social vitality at core dimension. On the one hand, social vitality at core dimension has its own existing stability; on the other hand, it also has malleability for self-renewal and self-enhancement. Moreover, it releases naturally through free and conscious practical activities and constantly enhance as human practice and communication. The reason why human society moves forward continuously is that social vitality at core dimension not only drives infinite development of human society but also constantly enhances its own vigor and strengthens its own vitality during its constant release progress. Therefore, social vitality at core dimension is infinitely great. It can move social operation and is also the inexhaustible power source of social development. Only thus can it be called as the power source for the self-operation of society-the huge system.Society, this huge system, mainly consists of three sub-systems (or called factors) including economy, culture and politics. In addition, economy, culture and politics also consist of smaller sub-systems (or called factors). If we strip them layer by layer, each sub-system of society will be implemented into the smallest system-human. As society is a human society, there would be no society without human. One is the social cell, and is the subject the society, social vitality is the human power, and it is the essence and the value of man that is native strength organic unity of social development.Marx had focused on feuerbach about "research" on the one-sidedness of superhuman "the nature of social relations" is put forward, this is Marx about the cause of "essence" of personality and great discovery. People’s demand for "spirit to enjoy" with the development of human society is more and more strong.People at all levels need comes from the subconscious of the pursuit of happiness. A large number of facts have proved that:happiness has clearly become the common pursuit of people in modern society. Even in a traditional society, happiness is also people yearning, is the pursuit of people, just a traditional society people were less likely to achieve happiness, so people to pursue happiness the essence of the performance is not clear. In the history of the People’s Republic of China, people gratitude from MAO zedong’s correct leadership, once "he seeks happiness for the people" of MAO zedong, suggesting that "happiness" is the instinct of a man need, natural pursuit, MAO zedong was like "the people’s great emancipator" great, just because "he seeks happiness for the people". Organic combination of the above-mentioned two factors forms into the core vitality of social system-motive power of social development. Its power speed also directly affects the playing of human activity and creativity and the boom of socioeconomic, cultural and political vitality.Social system kernel energy is the motive force of social development, the release of its move people’s creativity, enthusiasm, initiative, once it is released in full, was inevitable human initiative and creativity into full play. And man’s creativity, enthusiasm, initiative, give full play to necessarily embodied in the social organism of politics, economy and culture in various fields such as a full range of activities, as the economic vitality of the whole society, the cultural vigor, political vigor highly active and growing, forming the essential feature of modern society and the fundamental symbol, its essence is a social system kernel dynamic external show. If core vitality of social system is totally restrained, all the social phenomena will lose their vigor and social development will stop or even social form presents regression state and the whole social organism tends to death. Reasonable system can constrain the subject behavior, promote the subject development, strengthen the concept of subject on the rule of law, foster rational behavior habits of the subject and internalize rational spirit of the subject. Reasonable system can create excellent human environment, guarantee equality and freedom, maintain individual independence of the subject, promote self-value realization of the subject during happiness pursuit, arouse enthusiasm, activity and creativity of the subject and construct an active state for social vitality at explicit dimension.In any country, any age, the institutional environment of equality, freedom, democracy is concrete, historical, ethnic, relative, suitable, is match the social and historical conditions, is made up of the system and mechanism of reasonable regulations. Since reform and opening up, the reason why china has made remarkable achievements in various aspects of economy and society is that comprehensive reform of social systems, the confirmation of more reasonable social institutional mechanism and the release of core vitality of social system which restrained for a long time. At present, the Third Plenary Session of the18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed that the general goal of comprehensive deepening reform was to promote the modernization of national governance system and capacity, further perfect institutional mechanism and better maintain equal, free and democratic human environment so as to make core vitality of social system get natural release.
