In retrospect of the glorious and long history of Chinese literature,He nan writers have left their rich and colorful pages, ranging from Lao zi,Zhuang zi,Han Fei zi,Li Si,Zhang Heng,Du Fu,Bai Ju yi,Han Yu,Liu Yuxi,Li He,Li Shang yin,Xie Ling yun,Gan bao to Shi tuo,Xu Yu nuo,Zhao Qing ge,Shang yu,Yu geng yu,Cao Jing hua,Nan ding, who can be said to have achieved remarkable literary achievements with their own literary talent.Although the transfer of political, economic and cultural centers is not the only reason for the rise and fall of literature, its important influence on literature is self-evident.From the Song Dynasty to the end of the Republic of China,it is an indisputable fact that He nan literature has gradually declined from prosperity to decline. This is not only a strong evidence of the above viewpoint, but also a true self-condition that He nan literature has gradually declined since the Southern Song Dynasty. However, after the founding of the People's Republic of China,He nan contemporary literature has gradually moved towards revival, especially since the beginning of the new period, represented by Yao Xue yin,Li zhun,Wei Wei,Zong Pu,Yan Lianke,Liu Zheng yun,Zhou Da xin,Li Pei fu,Er yue he,Liu Qing bang,Zhu Xiu hai,Liu Jian wei,Li Er,Mo Bai,Zhang Yu,Tian Zhong he,Qiao Dianyun,Shao Li,Qiao Ye and Fu Aimao.Henan writers presented themselves in the contemporary literary world with the outbreak of "group" style, thus realizing the contemporary revival of He nan literature and the re-emergence of the contemporary "Central Plains writers group".Especially, they also created the works like,Li Zi cheng,The Yellow River flows eastward,Oriental,Wild gourd quotation,Blow-up Zhi,One Top Ten Thousand Sentences,Lake Light Moonlight and Act 20.The gate of sheep, the book of life, the trilogy of Luo xia(Emperor Kang xi,Emperor Yong zheng,Emperor Qian long),Shen mu,Hua qiang,Pain and Touch, and Confession Letter, etc.,which have a large number of characteristics that reflect the life of Central Plains, highlight the human tradition of Central Plains, praise the long history of Central Plains, carry forward the extensive culture of Central Plains, shape the historical changes of Central Plains, criticize the spiritual dross of Central Plains, etc. These works have attracted wide attention at home and abroad, and have had a far-reaching impact.Looking at the main representative works of the contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group",one of the main dimensions of their writings is to reproduce and reflect on the real life, long history, cultural traditions, customs and spiritual carbuncle of the Central Plains by means of disasters."Disaster" refers to the suffering caused by various natural disasters and man-made factors. Its main content includes not only the loss of life and property caused by various disasters to society and people, but also the mental trauma and psychological shadow caused by disasters to the victims and even the whole country, nation and society.Undoubtedly, from ancient times to the present, the development of human civilization has been accompanied by earthquakes, droughts, fires, floods, wars, plagues, diseases, tsunamis, hurricanes and other disasters. To some extent,a history of civilization is a history of human suffering and struggle against disasters. He nan Province has a high terrain in the West and a low terrain in the east, spanning the Yangtze River,Huai he River,Yellow River and Hai he River. He nan is doomed to be a disaster-stricken area in history because of the combined effect of the four major river basins and the ideological ills such as the rivalry between the Yellow River and the Huai he River, the struggle of regime among those with the thought of“dominating the Central Plains is dominating the whole country " and the warlords, the great joy of meritorious service, following the trend only, the " official standard ",the exaggeration and vanity, and the sense of servility".Especially in the 20 th century,He nan had undergone social unrest, constant wars, the lack of livelihood, flood, drought, locusts, civil wars, famine and other disasters.More importantly,in the process of fighting against disasters, not only will there be countless heroes to save people from floods and fires, highlighting the universal feelings of humanitarianism, but also the fate of human beings will undergo ups and downs and unexpected "reversals" because of the sudden advent of disasters. The true beauty and false ugliness of human nature will also be fully displayed by means of the "devices" of disasters.Literature,as an important artistic carrier reflecting, recording and artistically reproducing the real life of society, will naturally not give up its concern and writing about the theme of disaster. Therefore, the social reality context with frequent disasters and the "disaster stories" with various renovations will naturally become a writing center and an inexhaustible rich treasure for the contemporary "Central Plains writers".Most of the contemporary writers in the Central Plains,as the main body of literary creation, were born in the Central Plains region. They were not only influenced by the Central Plains culture for a long time, but also familiar with the local conditions and customs of the Central Plains. They were also affected by the various disasters in the Central Plains. Therefore,Wei Wei wrote about the war against the United States and the Long March of the Red Army in Oriental and Red Ribbon on Earth,Li zhun depicted the flood scene caused by the break of the Yellow River Garden Estuary in1938 in The Eastern Flow of the Yellow River,Zong Pu recalled the years when the Southwest United Nations moved southward because of the war,and Yan Lian ke vividly described the outbreak of AIDS in Ding zhuang Dream.Liu Zhen yun truely described the Central Plains famine from 1941 to 1943 in Recollection of 1942,Zhou Da xin naturally expressed his grief over his son's death in A Soul,Liu Qing bang revealed the human nature after the mine disaster in works such as Red Coal,Walking Kiln Man and Shen mu,Zhang Yi gong restated "three years of natural disasters" in the Prisoner of Li Tongzhong,Zhu Xiu hai discussed the respect for human life in war and the meaning of death in works such as Crossing Death and Concert,Liu Jian wei displayed the changes brought about by the outbreak of SARS virus in people's life and mentality in SARS Crisis. All of theseworks have made outstanding contributions to the disaster writing in the contemporary literary world and even to the prosperity of contemporary literature. The paper is structurally divided into four parts: introduction, first part, second part and conclusion. The specific contents are as follows: the introduction part mainly elaborates the definition of the concept, the reason for selecting the topic, the research methods, the current research situation and the innovative value of the paper;the first part mainly focuses on the generation and evolution of the disaster theme, the theme orientation, the narrative mode and so on.The first chapter mainly discusses the "Central Plains Field" that is the natural factors and humanistic environment of disaster motif generation, the literary tradition of disaster motif narration, and the intertextual referential relationship between the creative subject of contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group" and disaster motif narration. The second chapter mainly discusses the Narrative Evolution of disaster motif. This chapter holds that the narrative of the disaster motif of the contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group" can be divided into three stages, and shows different narrative characteristics in different stages. That is to say, between 1949 and 1978,“Write down the truth and Man will win the heaven;” between 1978 and 2000,“Multivariate miscellaneous and cultural reflection”;between 2000 and 2015,“Daily narrative and ecological construction.” This change reflects the distinct characteristics of the disaster motif of contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group": facing reality directly, keeping close to the times and profoundly expressing the details of social life;Chapter III mainly focuses on the theme. From the ideological point of view, this paper discusses the ups and downs of the theme of fate, the heroic theme of fighting against disasters, the humanitarian theme with rich implications and the theme of reflection of the Central Plains culture contained in the narrative of the disaster motif;Chapter IV mainly concludes that there are three basic narrative modes in the narrative of disaster motif, namely, realistic narrative mode, symbolic narrative mode and cultural reflection narrative mode from the perspective of artistic construction of the disaster motif, and through the analysis of the narrative of the disaster motif of the contemporary "Central Plains writers group".The construction of different narrative modes reflects the exploration spirit of the contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group" in the creation of disaster motif. The second part of the paper mainly focuses on four typical disaster motif cases in the narrative of the disaster motif of the contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group".They are natural disasters, wars, diseases and mine disasters. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the natural disaster motif in the contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group",and probes into the realistic dimension, the hunger representation and the "man-made disaster" factors in the writing of the natural disaster motif. The sixth chapter points out that the Central Plains area has been an important place for military strategists out of the thought of “dominating the Central Plains is dominating the wholecountry" since ancient times. So the war motif has become the focus of the contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group" writing. This chapter discusses the war motif from the perspectives of theme evolution,u-shaped structure, hero archetype and poetic interpretation.Chapter seven discusses the disease motif from the aspects of the context and type construction of the disease motif the metaphorical symbol and the poetic value of the disease motif. The eighth chapter discusses the mining disasters from the aspects of the literary tradition, the narrative of desire and the tragedy and the nobility contained in the mining disaster motif. The conclusion part summarizes and analyzes again the formation reason, the main idea implication, the creation change, the narrative pattern and so on.Contemporary writers of the Central Plains not only portray the resilience and tenacity of the Central Plains against disasters in the face of various disasters, but also writing about the theme of disasters, reconstructing the history of disasters, digging deeply into the connotation of disasters, depicting the image of human evolution in disasters and reflecting deeply on the causes of disasters in most of their works.Starting from the boundary of history and culture,in the fusion of naturalness, humanity and culture,we seek the rich connotation and artistic innovation of the narrative of disaster motif, and praise the good qualities of the people of the Central Plains, such as kindness,simplicity,hardship,endurance,humiliation,self-reliance,ceaseless self-improvement,boundless love and so on,in the struggle against disasters.Their narrative works on disaster motif further enrich and expand the spiritual orientation and aesthetic pursuit of the expression of disaster motif in contemporary literature. In other words,The disasters described by the contemporary "Central Plains Writers Group" are basically the reflection and epitome of the real life of various disasters in China, whether natural, social, tangible, intangible, physical or spiritual. These disasters are not only the martyrdom of the nation, but also the personal pain of the victims. The tragedies and vicissitudes of the characters in the works are also among millions of people. The vivid portrayal and image reappearance of the real destiny of the ordinary people of the country. The literary creation of exploring the theme of disaster is not for the sake of "flying against the light" by means of disaster, nor for the sake of simply remembering the tragedy and suffering of the past disaster, but for the sake of thinking and feeling through the occurrence of disaster, after painful reflection, the "turning" of human destiny in the moment of disaster, the pain of tearing people's heart in the disaster, and the hero of saving the people from fire and water when disaster occurs. The spirit of dedication shines, showing the dignity of life embodied in the struggle against disasters, and then considers the true, good, beautiful and false ugliness of human nature in the desperate situation of disasters,to repair the trauma caused by disasters to us.More importantly, the anti-disaster spirits formed in the countless times of fightingdisasters, such as the unity of all people,self-improvement,sharing weal and woe, diligence and courage, solidarity and mutual assistance, perseverance, courage and hardship, and people-oriented,will be preserved, inherited and developed forever as our nation's precious spiritual wealth. In other words, the narrative of disaster motif should reflect not only the pride and confidence of fighting against natural disasters, but also the respect and awe for nature. It should not only record and reproduce man-made disasters, but also have compassion and Reflection on the consequences of disasters and tragedies. This is the real reliance and research value of the disaster motif narrative.
