Management ethics is a moral norm system dealing with all kinds of management relations,a moral principle for guiding and coordinating management activities,and more,it is the humanistic and rational spirit pursued by the management system,It is the proper state pursued by the development of modern management and the direction of its efforts.As a comprehensive concept,it has the characteristics of normative behavior,moral ideal and spiritual value.Firstly,This paper examines the defects of modern management in system,means,responsibility,belief,spirit and other aspects from the perspective of management ethics,then introduces management ethics into modern management practice,and explores the application of the perspective and methods of management ethics to resolve various problems existing in modern management.From the perspective of comprehensive thinking,the ultimate motive of management is to promote the all-round and free development of human beings,the fundamental purpose of management is to make the overall harmony of society as a whole,and to integrate the multiple responsibilities of individuals,organizations and society as a whole.The single efficiency price is replaced by the multiple values of fairness,efficiency and democracy.Value is the organic combination of humanistic ethical means and instrumental rational means to achieve a new pattern and order of modern management.Secondly,based on the above intention,this paper attempts to construct four ethical systems of modern management ethics by taking the basic types of ethics in ethics: normative ethics,virtue ethics,responsibility ethics and belief ethics as the main line.It is pointed out that the above four kinds of ethics playing an important role in the improvement of the management ethics system,the cultivation of the moral character of the management subject,the practice of management responsibility and the shaping of the spirit of management ethics.Also it points out that they are obviously different to the four kinds of ethics in the direction,mechanism and effect on the way.It is only through the combination of them,complement each other,to make effective management ethics in modern management,to reduce the occurrence of no ethical behavior in the management practice,to urge the management themselves to perform the ethical responsibility for employees,stakeholders,society and ecology etc.Modern management is more suitable for people's all-round development and the overall progress of the society.Thirdly,in order to ensure that the four management ethics can play an effective role,this paper puts forward three functional guarantee mechanisms,namely individual mechanism,organizational mechanism and social mechanism,from the micro,medium and macro levels.Finally,combined with the problems existing in the practice of modern management in China,this paper analyzes the positive significance and the restriction from traditional Chinese management ethics to the construction of modern management ethics,and puts forward the corresponding construction measures,so as to provide beneficial reference for the construction of modern management ethics in China and promote the benign operation and development of modern management in China.
