dangers,and the ability to ensure the constant security state.In today's world,the diversified development of cultural globalization has become an inevitable trend.However,western countries rely on the"cultural center theory",trying to promote the development of cultural globalization to"cultural westernization",and illuminate the whole world with the so-called"universal value"of the West.This kind of cultural hegemonism is constantly causing conflicts between socialist culture and capitalist culture,eastern culture and western culture,national culture and the world culture,and also constantly arousing the high vigilance of all countries in the world for their own cultural security issues.Today,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is constantly creating Chinese theory,Chinese practice and Chinese miracle.In this"great change that hasn't happened in a century",the construction of national cultural security has also produced many new changes,new features and new meanings along with the periodic changes in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the historical changes in the main social contradictions,and the strategic adjustment of the party and the state's objectives.Generally speaking,the maintenance of national cultural security in the new era is conductive to maintaining national unity and prosperity,national unity and rejuvenation,social stability and harmony,cultural heritage and accumulation,focusing on the overall development of individuals and happy life,and contributing to world challenges and corresponding countermeasures in the field of national cultural security.Therefore,this paper will strive to demonstrate the relevant content of national cultural security construction from the dual path of theoretical logic and practical logic in terms of layout,so as to improve the overall,systematic and academic rationality of the whole article,with a certain degree of structural innovation.Third,there may be innovations in research perspectives.This paper attempts to put forward some relatively new academic points of view,for example,that the national cultural security
