Researches On The Lei Liang's Two Concertos

The thesis is targeted at the two famous concertos Luminous and Xiaoxiang by Lei Liang,one of the famous composers in the world now,by systematic and all-around analysis of his two concertos through multiple angles,dimensions and levels.It will summarize the composition technology,music theory and organizational ways of Lei Liang's music.This thesis consists of introduction,text and conclusion.The main body contains two chapters.In the introduction,the thesis shows Lei Liang's biography and accomplishments.Chapter one emphasizes on Luminous,a chamber concerto for contrabass.Due to the exploratory and experimental tendency,focused on this music piece's composition technology,harmony,polyphony,structure and orchestration.Thus makes relevant conclusions.Chapter two emphasizes on Xiaoxiang,a concerto for alto saxophone and Orchestra.Due to the exploratory and experimental tendency,focused on this music piece's composition technology,harmony,polyphony,structure and orchestration.Thus makes relevant conclusions.At the ending part,the thesis conclusion on the analysis made through the text and the view made on such basis from multiple perspectives.It defines the time characteristic and aesthetic value of Lei Liang's music.
