Politics Of Display:Understanded By Investigation Of The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System

Politics can not be separated from the display in the process of spreading and penetration to the society,when politics and the display are "embedded" together,politics of display generate naturally.Although the politics of display phenomenon is everywhere,at present,the research on it is far from enough.Foreign research mainly from the "exhibition" perspective,make the "politics of exhibition" as the main object of study.These studies are often from the museum,exhibition hall,exposition and other objects with obvious "exhibition" color,to analyze political considerations or political change in them.In the Chinese context,display has a wider range than the exhibition,so the study of politics of display is not only limited to the narrow field of "politics of exhibition".For more intuitive and vividly illustrates politics of display existing in other non-exhibition field,this paper selects the construction of public cultural service system as the political analysis and expression objects.This paper does not regard the whole of the public cultural service system as a display,but just select the most significant elements for analysis.Article second,three or four,five chapter starting from the experience materials,conduct political analysis of the public cultural service system policy,architecture,propaganda and the "receive inspectors" process.In the second chapter,points out that the policy has a display side.Through the analysis of public cultural services policy,it displays that party and government emphasis on the construction of public cultural services is increasing,and also display the "service-oriented government" image and concepts by the "service" policy discourse;In the third chapter,through the survey found,there has been a wave of public cultural buildings construction in all parts of the country,and pointed out that there is a large number of "cultural landscape" style of architecture,which has an obvious display color;In the fourth chapter,through the analysis of the policy and practice of the public cultural service system demonstration area,points out that current propaganda focus on publicity achievements,in order to achieve the purpose of the highlights of displayed,but public service information is relatively lack.In the fifth chapter,politics of display in the public cultural service "welcome to inspection " is analyzed.Through the dynamic analysis of the local government display behavior in the preparation of the "welcome to inspection ",to guide the inspection and the "payable" inspection,analysis of the motivation behind the display.After the display politics analysis of the construction of public cultural service system,the article points out that politics of display exist everywhere.It has a variety of forms,it can exist in the public space,public ceremony,public text and so on various public media.Simultaneously,politics of display has multiple connotations.It can release a political message,express a kind of power attitude,shape a government image,spread a concept of legitimacy.It can be said that any kind of political form can be expressed in the display.Politics of display is a dynamic presence,it will adjust according to different display subject and display object.Display encoding and decoding is also an interactive game process,at the same time,politics of display will change with the change of the media environment.Politics of display is everywhere,ever-changing,making it not only become an important political phenomenon,but also an important political analysis perspective.
