In the modern military war, battle commanders direct operation based on the information of battlefield situation. In the background of network centric warfare, because of the tactical communication network plays an important role in battlefield, so make it a part of the situation information. In order to provide support for the victory of war, the tactical communication network needs to be integrated with other situational elements and display the information in a clear and accurate manner.This paper base on MGIS (Military Geographic Information System) platform, take the mobile ad hoc network (Ad Hoc) as the research object, take network management of tactical mobile ad hoc network in the wartime environment as the research background, take the network topology monitoring and data distribution management as the key point of the research, the main research contents include:The node and link information is stored in the Oracle database, using MFC technology and combined with the interface provided by MGIS to build a tactical communication network topology monitoring software platform; Combined with the background of the demand of the project path planning, based on algorithm of the depth first traversal, a route planning algorithm is proposed, implemented and verified in the communication service module; According to the data distribution requirements involved in the project, this paper based on the publish/subscribe data dissemination technology, design and implement a set of more practical data distribution scheme.Through the application in the actual development of tactical mobile network monitoring system, the display of the tactical mobile network topology and data distribution management technology that proposed has been verified in this paper.
