The Study Of Copyright Protection Of Holographic Display

The holographic display technology achieves a real three-dimensional image through a series of complex programs.With the popularity of holographic images,some impact has been made on China's copyright law.The legal disputes arising from it have emerged,including copyright,human rights and image rights.This paper tries to understand the principle and characteristics of holographic display technology,to sum up the differences between the traditional images and their position in the copyright law,to clarify the relationship between the holographic image and the original work,to clarify how does the rights range of holographic images,as well as the rights of the original holder and the holographic image producer.Then I will analyze the pros and cons of different protection patterns and try to find solutions from existing theories.The first part of the article will begin with the principle and application of the holographic image technology,and the four sections will be covered in detail.First,the concept of holographic image technology is introduced,and the principle of holographic image technology is introduced.Secondly,this paper introduces the different types of holographic image technology used in the field of cultural communication.Thirdly,introduce the characteristics of the inductive holographic technology,especially the difference between the traditional audio-visual works.Finally,introduce the application of holographic image technology in various fields.In the second part of the article,we introduce the various challenges that holographic imaging technology brings to the copyright law.This paper will analyze the challenge of defining the standard of the work from the holographic image and the challenge of the author's recognition of the rules.In the challenge to work to define standards,is divided into the uncertainty of the copyright protection standards,work type of integration,and copy and interpretation of the definition standard of blurred three parts.In the challenge of the author's recognition of the rules,it will be analyzed from the complexity of copyright attribution and the marginalization of copyright.In the third part of the article,the definition of the work of holographic images will be clarified.First,the definition of the work of images in holographic image technology is discussed,and the analysis of the work and composition of the images are made.In this paper,the definition of the source program in holographic image technology is discussed,and the source program of holographic image is compared with the computer software.Then try to define the copyright of the source program of holographic image.Finally holographic image analysis technology in the image and the relationship between the source program and the protection mode,try to talk about its image and source program as "the same work" protection and as a "work" to protect their feasibility and the advantages and disadvantages.In the fourth part of the article,I will analyze the subject of the holographic images.First,I will try to clarify the relationship between holographic images and original works,and the identification of holographic image authors,in the case of "reproduction of the works".Second,I will try to talk about "restructuring" case work pieces of works copyright qualitative determination,restructuring behavior,as well as pieces of "restructuring" hologram under the cognizance of the author.Finally,this paper will discuss the author's rights of the holographic images.The last part of the article raises the question of how the copyright law in the holographic display is raised to how the state copyright law should respond.Based on the development of holographic image,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on copyright law.To be specific,recommend that the state copyright law further improve the definition of the work,try to construct holographic image protection mechanism and constructing holographic display subject protection mode,in order to enable the copyright law of the state to cover the problem of copyright law which is brought by holographic display technology,the development of the era is further adapted.
